Quite a few bits of good news to come, so it should build from here as the share price was nearly £9 only 7 months ago, can't see it less then £1.50 before 22nd Oct but could be anywhere above £3 after or even more with Japan news anytime

I think the finance and FDP plan are closely held and only will be released with NNPC sign off, Arthur did mention that a while back so my opinion is that we will never find out untill NNPC sign off, So things may be moving along like arthur states,

I have tried with both Arthur and Cathy but never get any info on Finance and FDP, Hope some one else here can have a go, like rift I think Ive used up my credit for now lol,

My questions to him was on what is the current status with EM and is FDP and finance still on track but got the below response although some questions were not answered

We are working on the Essar Issue. As we have said we disagree with their position and have stated so in a strongly worded letter drafted by Counsel. As far a the 9th of October deadline, we are not concerned as our position is strong and we also have rights under the Shareholders Agreement. It is far from a one-sided agreement.

We met with Essar yesterday through an Essar Nigeria Board Meeting and are confident the issues between the Shareholders can be resolved.

Guess if the results are good old investors and new will return here so can see a great upside,

22 October if the game is still on with traumakine where do you guys see the share PRICE?

Any one think we will get NNPC sign off by end of year? Would be a good Christmas and end to the year

All is well, just very busy! Yes there was a court date but Agamore asked for another extention, this time to Oct 29th. They are clearly attempting to extract some money from Shorecan but this will never happen!

When? On drilling or on results from first well?

Agree, and that's why I think this is a 6-12 months hold, not easy money patience is required and the risk is still there

When do you see the share price between 5-10p? Or even at 5p is this a 6-12 month investment ?
