Best to wait and see what news we get next, Hoping Art comes back and tells us his secured finance and essar issue has been put to bed, next few weeks will be very interesting.

Hopefully all will be sorted in another months time and all the rats will crawl back into there holes

I think we all need to stop speculating and see what the outcome is with the Essar issue, Im sure the nest few weeks all would be more clear either good or bad but far as we know everything continues, So the 100 million project financing is still ongoing and this may be what is needed to solve the issue with Essar, but we have to wait and see

I had a response from Cathy to my question if everything is on hold till the Essar dispute is over and she stated no,

So nothing has changed and we have been given notice that we may be in breach if we dont cough the funding money by 9th October but we are currently in negotiations for the 100 million financing so if we complete this which we believe should be done in september there will be no issues

Again people are coming up with their own ideas of what is happening or will happen, far as we know know we have been told to rectify the breach by the 9th October so lets wait and see what shorcan now do,

Ok so Essar has not offered to buy them out it is just what you think but you have put it in a way where I thought that Essar has made the offer to buy out SHORCAN although Essar is broke
