Well let's see if we manage to get finance and FDP the one would assume the dispute is over, and although it's sounds bad it was actually a disagreement between parties, if this was anything more then I think we would have heard a response from essar via their legal counsel or some sort of response, anyways just my thinking

I think if we do get FDP and finance say by end of November then NNPC sign is a done deal, just my opinion as its seems NNPC are the ones pushing COPL to get this past the line not the other way round as we thought lol,

Hi rift, I asked art if the FDP was on hold due the EM issue and he replied no, this was a couple of weeks ago, but he did say the finance was affected, so one would assume we are schedule for the FDP and its just finance and soon as it gets signed I'm guessing we will get news

Last correspondence from Arthur was that he was confident that the dispute can be sorted, now he makes it official with an RNS to state that they will press on with the project financing, let's hope we get over this hurdle and there is nothing more from essar, maybe essar have shut up after the legal letter and realise they don't have a leg to stand on, fingers crossed we get some good news from this,

I think this will at least go past the 10p mark on drilling and rmp are most likely do a placing after spud, they know they will get a good price and reduce dilution,

What are peoples guesstimates on SP once we start drilling? I was thinking between 14p to 16p

Jay12, I got a response from Arthur and the FDP is not affected by the EM issue that's all he would say, so guess everything else continues and we may have had it sorted and just waiting on finance which is halted for now.

I think the agamore issue will sort itself out during all this that is happening but once again they are just a nuisance and that has been proved many times by not being able to sit at court as they have no real evidence,

EM issue is the biggy here which is most likely holding up the finance here im sure they have continued with the FDP plan but that is not such a worry as we know NNPC are pushing us to get a move on and as Arthur said we have their unofficial blessing,

So recent news suggests we are on the track on getting this dispute sorted and arthur did state in his last correspondence that he was confident this will get sorted and that was backed by the COPL team also buying in,

I think EM know and have no other choice but to continue with the project with some sort of revenue coming out of this or lose the lot as we all know they really need the money, But at the same time time probably dragging their feet with this dispute so they dont look desperate of roll over just like that.

patience is needed here and I do believe we will get there, Hoping we are sitting pretty by end of year.

We all have enough information to k ow that EM will lose out big time if they dont play ball, they can either go with the flow with shorcan and get money out of us or lose the lot, they are not in a good position, like we saw the copl team have also bought into the placing, I'm sure they are not that stupid
