Yes I understand but have they said they have started or are in farmin negotiaons also they have to send the petroleum agreement for review how long does that take?

So if they don't get a farm in, they have to raise ? I hope they don't get some sort off finance deal where it kills the SP, but if they did raise I assume they will raise a lot more then the drill costs, where do you see the share price on a placing although they would be drilling ?

Arthur did say from the very start that Finance and NNPC will be announced at the same time, And we havent heard any more from Essar and if it was bad news im assuming it would have to be announced, so no news is maybe good news but the agamore issue needs to go away

I am a little suspicious of the email sent to me by cathy, stating all will be announced at the same time well are they keeping info from us like the finance has been done or even near done and arthur has not been responding to anyone, Are they waiting to get Agamore issue out the way first? Im thinking maybe everything is going ahead as planned apart from Agamore and still waiting on this?

Nothing new to report and Arthur indicated he wanted all approvals and financing released at the same time, I understand there is a hearing on Sept 25th so lets hope things will get resolved then.
