Bit late replying, but: I have had an LFT as my local borough was included in some bulk testing, a couple of weeks ago. It was 100% Innova, I asked, and saw. You have to self-swab both tonsils (or same place), and ONE nostril. Tickles and makes you gag, not so great. Result in about 10-15 mins, yes. Will depend on how many in their queue I guess, as it'll go via a human before they text you with the answer.
