Had a similar discussion away from the board Rock. The online data reads as a gradual year on year decline but indeed it is a bit of a blunt tool.
Changing online behaviours i.e. app use, direct access, referral sales and so on can cloud the picture.
we do see a similar trend in that type of data across many brands in spite of where they are trading. So its an indicator, but needs to be looked at in the bigger picture for sure.
