AVA6000 update on the 3rd would be a clever move, before everybody attends JPM

A positive statement ref AVA6000 should rapidly generate a license agreement with one of the majors, with a upfront payment that could match current market cap and milestone payments, plus royalties on sales! The AVA family will receive a total re-rating and will result in a share price reflecting this.

I would argue that AVA6000 update will be out prior to JPM conference, perhaps for extra effect/ impact out on the first day back from New Year bank Holliday, which would leave us with 4 or 5 business days, before Avacta makes one of their most important announcements for several years.

With size buying moving in pre NY, worth reminding ourselves post AVA6000 update happening very shortly and Science day in Feb. there will also be a Diagnostic day lined up, with a very different outlook.

Buyer will have to step up a gear, pre early NY and our usual friends on the bid. Watch out for PH joining the bid and we have 120-5 before Starbucks opens on Wall Street.

AVA6000 update early January will nicely coincide with JPM healthcare conference. The biggest of the year.

Most of the 1st day administrative motions have been resolved. Looks like one matter going forward at the hearing - the proposed motion to authorize postpetition financing.

According to the filing, CLVS and TOP IV have agreed to postpetition financing and intend to provide the proposed order and term sheet with the court today. Any unresolved issues will be addressed.

Demand for Covid tests:
The Biden administration has resumed a program in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service under which households can request at-home COVID-19 tests for free through the winter.
The U.S. households can now order a total of four at-home COVID tests for free at CovidTests.gov website, the White House said on Thursday. The shipments will begin next week and continue in the following weeks.
The government was forced to pause the program in early September amid concerns about funding to replenish the U.S. stockpile, given the high demand for the tests.
The administration started to reallocate existing money to buy more tests and resume the program as COVID infections began to spike again, a senior White House official said Wednesday evening at a media briefing.
“We feel confident that we are going to have enough tests to get through this next round, four per household, in the coming weeks,” the official added.
The program for free COVID tests comes at a time when U.S. hospitals are grappling with a surge in COVID, flu, and respiratory syncytial virus infections.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID infections have nearly doubled over the past two months after falling to a low of 261,268 in mid-October.
