With the stock price making new 52 week highs and US M&A and our Science day coming up, our 170 level will be tested later this morning and 170-5 will be US hour level. One would expect the price to start with 2 by Wednesday!

So I just wondered, when we had the Chinese participating in the last round, the valuation the fund raise was done, is that reflected in Avacta’s books ?

Ref Affyxell, worth remembering that Avacta have 20%+ at cost on their books and with Stem cell and gene therapy IPO’s and M&A’s gaining momentum, Avacta’s holding could be worth 100’ of USD millions, as mentioned before, Avacta’s SOP is worth doing some work on.Very likely we have US buyers arriving to the same answer. Therapeutics + Diagnostics + JV ( milestone payments ) and then Affyxell IPO!!

Worth reminding ourselves of what value Avacta’s holding in Affyxell carries, should the Koreans seek to do a Nasdaq listing. That holding is still being valued at cost. The upside is massive!!!

With regards to the continued size buying since early NY hours, the CEO’s letter in the Times is making the rounds among the US buy-side and they will make the same conclusions, that post Science day, the therapeutic side of the business will carry a very different valuation, which will result in a complete re-rating and a share price breaking previous highs.
