Did I fall asleep and miss a few months, is this currently May 2025?

On a serious note there is nothing to cheer about with this company. It makes me feel sick to watch the equivalent of my entire holding get traded in the hundreds of pounds. No auditor onboard destination de-listing. Who remembers the last time the shares got suspended over the incompetence and arrogance with the accounts? Fast forward a few years later and here we are again heading to another accounting mess. Obviously a great advertisement for getting clients onboard!!

Az is a liability - he treats the share holders with the same contempt as the authorities. The corporate governance of this business is shocking.

Yeah fair enough, Chat GPT does tend to embellish things, I thought it was in the 200s but i figured I'd use an external reference to cite instead if making things up. What's a hundred and sixty million between generous go fund me donors like ourselves!!!

The Go Daddy style web site out of the scheme of things irks me the most :o)

According to the internet (so it must be true) at one point this business was worth £350M. How on earth was that ever possible? It raises 2 questions.....

1. Who valued the business with this ridiculous valuation, was it gross incompetence or something else more sinister?

Or

2. How was a so called "regulatory expert" & business man able to trash the value of the company to just over £1m and still be at the helm of the business?

It's akin to Pep Guardiola being allowed to take Man City from the top of the premier league to the bottom of the Sunday league and still keeping his job on the same salary. Mind blowing

I don't follow this board much as it is too depressing, but I assume this company has been reported to FCA / NCA / SFO for possible mal practice or other nefarious things which I won't mention? Yet they still trade with the same piggies at the trough.

It is definitely a huge red flag when even your auditor to whom they are paying money walks away. Note if they cannot find a new one and therefore don't get their accounts audited then a delisting will be on the horizon. Perhaps that's what AZ wants given what little value this company now has, so he can start afresh somewhere else.

I reluctantly acknowledged my money in here was gone some time ago, in some ways I wish they would just put this company down, in the same way one takes their old dog to the vet and puts it out of it's misery.

The fact that the company's website has never evolved in the last 4 years (not even a client log in portal) shows that this business is just an empty shell of a company.

Folks were complaining last week that there had been no news from the company, so this kind of addresses it. If they can keep this kind of news flow up on X and LinkedIn during the non "Rns-able" periods I think this will be greatly appreciated.

With 2 concurrent drill programs going there should be a lot of ancillary news, that could warrant a photo and a twitter post at regular intervals. So here's looking forward to it all.

First scissor hole out of four complete, it looks like it takes 3 - 4 weeks per hole, so at least we know roughly, factoring Christmas break when the next one will be done.

Mbe results are what we are all waiting for, so at least the first one is off to the lab, fingers crossed it's got some nice gold stuff contained within!!

GoH sorry to hear that, I feel your pain I was in the same position, 19 December 2019 and then we had COVID which didn't help. Hopefully this turns around ASAP perhaps with some initial news on Mbe.

Borrowing money to prop up share prop up shares is always a tricky call! Hope you figure it out.

I believe every time Lanstead have done an RNS they have been exactly on target for where they should be. Therefore I think they just follow a calculated process regardless of where the SP goes, for instance let's say we get great news and spike up for a few days, i don't think lanstead take the opportunity to dump extra shares because the SP is higher. So the outcome is likely to be they sell their last shares as soon as the agreement was scheduled to end. Ergo it would be great if we get some decent final drill results from Bibs and some great initial results from Mbe to lift the SP and the overall average that Lanstead sells at.

Aye it's easy to kick Lanstead but I doubt we'd even be here without them, sentiment got sucked out of this a while ago. Key things to remember

1. Bibimi will be a decent enough resource not stellar but should pay add value, if we get the exploitation licence in place that sets the stall out for commercial gold mining in Cameroon.

2. We have decent insider holdings including, personal investment from own money and salary sacrifice.

3. Mbe getting drilled all eyes on Mbe what elese can I say.

4. Lots of other licences sharing borders around Mbe so if we get decent results we could expand the prospecting hopefully with mre JVs

5. We have a JV partner currently willing to spend $8m to earn in, they seem to be very well experienced too.

6. We also have some other value on a licence in Senegal that has some decent grades.

Be great to see this really come together in 2025 and see everyone who has been in this for any amount of time getting some rewards.

Some interesting drill results over at OMI this morning, just shows how good drill results can move the needle!! I also found it interesting how they are reporting, seems to be per hole. Which I guess is a good way of keeping news flow moving. Looking at their volumes they seem lower than ORR. Hopefully we can close out the year with some good news over here at ORR!!

A lot of anticipation & excitement around the Mbe drilling program. Expectation is high. This snippet from the recent drill RNS caught my eye

"At MB01, increased dilation at the sites of structural intersections is believed to have resulted in enhanced levels of gold deposition at the MB01-N and MB01-S targets. Gold mineralisation at these targets comprises high-grade, sulphide-rich quartz veins and veinlets that occur within, or at the contact with, an intensely altered felsic unit, which itself is mineralised and creates wide envelopes of pervasive, lower-grade gold mineralisation."

If Mbe has some really fantastic grades and turns into an extensive resource it could set the stage for some of the other nearby licences like Ndom, Pokor or Maboum if they get the application.

There is an awful lot riding on the next few months, interesting times ahead !!

In my humble opinion I view Bibimi as the company enabler. We are all looking towards Mbe as the company maker but I think Bibimi has it's role. The exploitation licence should come (hopefully) soon after final drill results and then if whomever ends up putting it into production gets behind it along with the Cameroonian government then this could be the clear flag that shows Cameroon is open as genuine gold producer.

I suspect even if / when that happens that starts to increase even the value of the licences yet to be explored.

Just my tuppence on what value Bibimi could bring to the overall company. That is unless there are other larger commercial gold projects about to operate in country, if so those may help us too!!!

Ha GOHF I like your projections. I definitely think what is at Bibs more than covers the current SP and some . Not sure I see your lofty numbers yet since we aren’t in production but on sheer prospecting we should be much higher.

It seems to be very slow to drill at Bibs maybe hitting very tough rock but WTFDIK . I hope we aren’t the same at Mbé otherwise the results will take ages. They are now saying complete in Bibs Q1 25 which was meant to be Q4 24 I believe. As a result I suspect we won’t see the exploration licence granted until all drilling is done and results are in.

Just have to hang in there !! Good to see more results though.

Please keep grinding away ORR team and keep the news coming we appreciate an update even if there is not much to say. A big thanks to the teams on the ground, out in the wild working on these licences !!! I imagine the conditions aren’t Marriott Titanium level !!

It is great to know that Bibs will soon be dealt with & if we can stretch that up to almost 1m Oz (big ask I know) that would be great but the speculation on Mbe back then is where all the excitement was. Having the drilling team start work in Mbe recently is a great relief. Hopefully first results start to filter in early February and they are beyond our wildest expectations!!

If ORR had zero potential would someone bother going to the hassle of writing that drivel? I suspect not, so I kind of take it as a compliment that the business is heading in the right direction for someone to feel so triggered to put that piece together.

ORR is a publicly traded company, so instead of whining about it, get in there and buy some shares. In the meantime thanks for the free publicity, hopefully a few others put pen to paper and help us raise the profile of the business.

In the meantime hopefully we can get the remainder of the Bibs drill results in, these seem to be taking a little longer than I would have anticipated. An update from HQ would be greatly appreciated!!

Nice find Umber. It's about time we seen stuff like this come out. It kind of suggests to me that we could be on the verge of something really significant in Cameroon, if people are going to great lengths to write an article like this. All publicity is good publicity as far as I'm concerned, hopefully we get a few more like this> It will help to raise our profile and hopefully those with spare cash will invest more into the business.

No wonder the leadership of the business are buying more shares and bolstering their incentivization packages. Hopefully in a few months we are knocking at the door of the 1p club!!!

Nice that would be great if they can get 2 rigs up and running once Bibs is done. Given the size of the territory it certainly warrants it and if the results are really good then the momentum could really help drive up the share price and convert the Lanstead shares into the hands of existing and new holders!!

Light volume today but the 1m sets of trades look like buys. Almost through another week without any further drilling news from Bibs.

Does anyone know if the drilling rig in Mbe is the same drilling rig that was used for Bibs or is it a different rig? I'm just trying to determine if all drilling has been completed at Bibs or is still ongoing?

Some of the directors bought at .3 last week which isn't miles away from where we are now. Plus in June they bought at .35 which is obviously higher than where we are. If they can see the value at these levels it could be a good intention of where this is going.

So the Matinée commences with 24 holes. I believe from a previous RNS it took 4 months to drill 50 holes, which included the rainy season. The weather at Mbé this week looks spectacular. So as a rough estimate these 24 holes should take about 2 months. Putting us at the end of January to complete drilling. Therefore results possibly at the end of February.

We still have some Bibimi results to come which must be due in the next week or two.

We are also overdue an update on Senegal although that seems to be parked for now.

I think when the final Bibs drill results come that will also kick off the licence approval for shifting pay dirt !!

Been thinking about this. Obviously under AIM rules the insiders in the company can’t exactly explicitly provide inside information or indeed tell us to buy stock in the company. However, looking at their actions it could be taken as a hint / big sign on where this could be going. Directors using both personal money and options to increase their holdings. Eileen Carr closing in on 200M shares.

I believe this came down to timing.

The next few months could be very interesting , when the drill process gets going at Mbé and results are due the company is likely going to be sitting inside an extended closed period. So probably too late by then for them to load up. Nothing clear cut here and just my speculation.

We are all gambling on results here but I feel a bit more comfortable with how things are proceeding. Obviously I would love to see the SP much higher but hopefully that comes with time.

I believe as others have said the end game here is a sale of the business to a larger entity.

Some have mentioned BCM - they definitely have an investment arm, so they can raise funds and they do have extensive experience in West Africa. So not beyond the realms of possibilities!!

This little powder keg could erupt at some point !!!

Directors making share their work is rewarded by options and putting in their own money, when they can ahead of a big news period. I'm pretty sure there is a larger plan coming together here. People currently on the ground in Cameroon, this won't be done overnight but this will return significant value!! Sit back and wait.
