Hey Tom, good point on timing — it's the eternal question when it comes to investing, especially on AIM.
From my perspective, we’re sitting at a low point in both market cap and share price. Could it go lower? Possibly — who knows. But one thing I’d recommend is reaching out to the Board and seeing if you can attend the AGM. It’s a good opportunity to ask any pertinent questions directly, and they should respond to the best of their permitted knowledge.
One topic I hope to raise at the AGM is whether, when the company needs to raise funds in the future, the Board would consider engaging with shareholders first. For example, ORR has nearly 5,000 followers on LinkedIn. If they needed to raise £1.5 million, that’s just 150 people contributing £10k each.
Viewed like that, it's not entirely unrealistic — a kind of "GoFundMe"-style raise among shareholders. With the right coordination, attractive terms, and Board support, something like this could work and remove the need for arrangements like Lanstead that have arguably weighed on the share price.
Personally, if I had funds available, I’d be very interested in supporting a raise structured in this way — especially if the Board backed it.
