The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Yeah agreed, Canadian bank funding was for gold. I would look at Lithium as a kind of by product. Call it bonus if you will. They did grab another licence though to support what they found but they would be looking to align with a company that has that expertise and then fund at the project level. If that comes off great as it would gives us concurrent funding on different products. Not the easiest RNS to follow also with Tim’s comments.
Nice @Charge1962 enjoy Fethiye, good spot, am in little Moscow aka Antalya. Arrived late last night but was able to squeeze in a couple of GTs
@Kellys hopefully news incoming would like to see my recent load up somewhat de-risked as I'm sure Eileen would too. Good to get some downtime over the next 10 days and hopefully an RNS or two with some news!!
I nabbed 2 mill in one mill segments on Friday but everything else not guilty. Maybe we are in for a nice RNS next week? Be blinding if we did as I'm in Turkey with the family All inclusive. Need and All Inclusive RNS next week to pay for it! I'll see if I can hit up the Turkish authorities on the progress of that court case.
@Kelly's I noticed that. In recognition of when I sell up I'm going to leave 1 share on the table.
@Kutzz when this gets to the right level I'll pop over and buy you some dinner laddie, as long as you pick me up in the Miami vice Ferrari.
The directors own almost 8.5% of the business which is pretty decent. @Kutzz owns another 8% :o)
Good to see the board invested to this level though. Waiting for a move is painful but the market is a good validation of patience.
My opinion box = Weak buy, as in every time I am weak I will buy more!
The way I look at the share price right now is that ORR is having a sale, hopefully next Q and onward these pricing levels will be no longer.
Has anyone seen the drama going on at PREM I been following that recently some of their back story a little similar to ORR, directors involved skin in the game etc. SP took a dive over last few days due to issues with capabilities and the way a deal with the Chinese is structured. Had a small punt today and made 15% so that may get diverted in here :o)
During London Indaba, Barrick president and CEO, Dr Mark Bristow, highlighted the “absolutely critical” nature of junior exploration for gold and copper as a component of a sustainable mining industry.
He states that Africa can aid in supplying metals and minerals for future demand. ORR’s exploration programmes show exciting potential across its assets in Cameroon, including the CLP which holds a potential gold district twice the size of Greater London.

I have been looking back on some historical RNS, trying to work out the highest MCAP the company had, the highest price ORR got I believe was 1.9490 on 10 Feb 2021. I am trying to work out what the MCAP of the company was when it hit that high price. Is there an easy way to find out?
The closest total share count from a Voting rights RNS is:
1. 16 July2020 with 911,634,609 x 1.9490 = MCAP of £17.7M
2. 01 April 2021 with 1,561,913,789 x 1.9490 = MCAP of £30.4M
The MCAP must have been somewhere in the middle.
If we look at current shares in operation
3. 31 May 2023 with 2,850,839,005 x 1.9490 = £55.5M
In order to make a MCAP today at the lower end above we need to see £17.7M / 2,850,839,005 = 0.0062p
At the higher end we need to see £30.4M / 2,850,839,005 = 0.0106p
Any ideas on what the highest MCAP we have ever had was?
I've been waiting to top up for days but the price has been holding up. So finally decided to bite the bullet today, cost me a little extra but I figure if this does ramp up on some decent news I'd be annoyed with myself for almost topping up but not following through.
So, that's it for my top ups until news comes :o) unless the price dips below .18 which it doesn't seem like it will now.
Let's 'ave it ORR!!
@ Kutzz Am working towards a "Hawaii " :o) just need the price to drop a smidge. Although I may be stumped for a few weeks as just bought into FRES. Anything coming out of FRES though will go in here.
@Evraz on your quote
"Spoke to a friend / works here … he has zero clue what this here is about"
That's usually a good response from people who know nothing, or indeed are involved in any deal since these things are meant to be confidential. So for someone to come out and say "yep absolutely, the Amazon deal is a thing" could jeopardize their career. Added to the fact on a different train of thought, in most organizations the employees are always the last to know!
Not saying there isn't anything going on but worth bearing in mind!

Good to see the additional news. This typically seems to settle back a few days after good news, I'll start adding then. If it doesn't and it keeps going up then great. I have enough of tokens now onboard, from a risk management perspective I shouldn't really add anymore but if it falls back to 18.5 on the buy side then I will probably grab a few more.
Anyone know what the next expected news is, I suppose it is to do with some Canadian funding?
