Vanderbilt, I’m pretty pleased with those numbers through the airport. Let’s not forget this is the three months after opening and it’s getting better all the time.
I think most other airports around the world would be very happy to get back to 50% of pre Covid level at this time.
On top of this, existing and new carriers all saying they are adding flights is great news ongoing but will also hopefully add to an excellent H2 for us.

We had £1.6mil at end of H1 plus £400k or so of kit.
Net profitable in H1 and every liklihood of this getting even better in H2 what with Tema and Lungi improving, fantastic website which I hope will help with the huge Covid sales campaign, some excellent contracts signed e.g. Palace of Westminster, Prisons, massive guarding contract to name just three.
So, we are in by far the best position we have ever been in and I restate, we are net profitable. That means our cash position should get even better and with the mezzanine loan available if we need it, I don’t see any chance of a need to raise. The only time I see a raise is if we get the huge MSC which would rocket the SP anyway.
Very happy to hold and add. I topped up with 94k shares today.
To PF, ignore all this claptrap from the negative posters and keep up the good work. The SP will work itself out if we keep posting profits and winning the contracts as at present. This will lead to us paying off the CULN and removing one of the restrictions to the SP. Yes, a big MSC would be great and the icing on the cake.
I mean, our market cap Is the same as our t/o. If we can grow, we know our overheads are stable and so our profit margin will improve as we increase business.
For the first time I am genuinely excited to see what H2 ends up looking like.

Ok it's not a full blown MSC but the Westminster contract is amazing for little WSG. Common, give them a break as it's decent income and transforms our credibility...I appreciate not our income.
So, I see it that we get one more MSC and then we are off in so many ways. If we can win the Palace of Westminster contract I believe we can win one of the many MSC's that appear to be out there. If this is in Saudi then I'm sure you'd agree the rerate would be on and we'd all send Peter a crate.

I think the fact that we are profitable and got the Tema and Westminster contracts bodes well and we'll see the Institutional Investors take positions if we get another MSC. Then you'll see our share price reflect properly.
What a year it could be if PF delivered another good Christmas present.

Love the Westminster security contract for the prestige and decent income. I just hope we're having a storming time with all the covid stuff.
I see Tema is expecting 1m TEU's which is good albeit not growing as fast as we'd like. Lungi is open and picking up.
We're profitable and if we get another MSC this year (a stated objective of PF and so there must be one that is close) then this will be our year. Cash in the bank, a reducing loan and a mezanine loan if we need it.
Come on PF, give us a little insight...perhaps a Q3 update.

Covid sales are nice short term but its the recurring revenue contracts that will transform WSG.
The more I think about this win the more impressed I am that we won such a scrutinised tender. Think about it....the Houses of Parliament for goodness sake.
A brilliant win for PF and the team. for the recurring revenue and the huge kudos and credibility this brings.
Income probably front loaded as we have to ditch the old gear and put in ours....so hopefully will look good in H2 numbers.

Well if it’s 10millikn warrants at 10p that’s still another £1 million in our kitty....easy enough to pay off the loan.

Correct me if I am wrong but warrants were at 12.5p?
If we get there then WSG will get another £1..87million in cash in bank....would easily pay off loan.
Today’s RNS is a beauty. Love the credibility this gives us and covers the derrière of all decision makers that appoint WSG.

I don't think they need to raise...if anything I think they may pay off the loan.
At last count, they had:
1. Remainder of mezzanine loan
2. £1.6mil cash
3. £400k of extra stock
4. Made a profit after tax in H1 and expect this to continue in H2.
5. I expect they will make a much bigger profit in H2 as they will have a full half year of full speed ahead covid related sales and recovering Lungi Numbers and growing Tema numbers.
6. So many other parts of the business starting to motor : Online training, massive guarding contract, hopefully Menzies deal and PF hoping for another MSC this year.
Never been so hopeful....what's not to like?
