Director/PDMR Dealings

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that on 23 March 2021 Bai Guojin ("Jack Bai") and Tan Guan Han, Shayne ("Shayne Tan"), who are both Executive Directors of the Company purchased ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Teo Chiu, Raphael ("Raphael Teo") an Executive Director of the Company, and Chong Loong Fatt, Garies ("Garies Chong"), a PDMR of the Company, as detailed below.

Jack Bai has acquired 45,000,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share, comprising 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares purchased from Raphael Teo and 20,000,000 from Garies Chong.

Shayne Tan has acquired 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share from Garies Chong.

"Whilst the Company remains focussed on developing the existing business of EMS, the Company's goal is to also focus on new higher growth synergistic business areas. After careful consideration we concluded that the Company's strategy should include seeking to enable and enhance the current Internet of Things ("IoT") and ICT offerings through the application of new highly scalable disruptive technologies, in particular enterprise blockchain solutions and services.

As part of this strategic move, Jack Bai and Shayne Tan were appointed as Executive Directors of the Company in January 2021, together with an investor group led by Jack Bai taking a 20% stake in the Company through a placing of new shares. Subsequent to the appointment of Jack and Shayne we also incorporated new 'GS Fintech' subsidiaries in the UK and Singapore to help facilitate the Company's planned expansion into blockchain related technologies and services, particularly in the financial sector.

The pieces are being put in place and Jack Bai is a master builder.

In 4-6 Days a Tanker will lift 500k Oil which, after paying BP their costs of $3 per boe , will result in Hurricane adding $25m to the $82 fcf Held . ( $107m) . This would result in 2 further pickups within the next 90 days covering all outstanding CB Debt .
