People's expectations for the quick book are too high and that makes them impatient.
MMs know this and know the game and encourage the selling and then the buying.
The company delivered an RNS on their DD ( they didn't have to) and now its the FCA's turn . This should be more of a formality but they will do their DD.
Take the lower SP to top up or buy in. The SP has been bashing the 3.0 - 3.2 area last week.

The news has engaged the buyers and the sellers to get over 100m volume trading day with more sells than buys. That's a good thing leading into the next few days for the upsurge in SP. The 0.2p warrants are dwindling with these big days accelerating the decline .

An RNS might arrive by October 31st but there again it might not.
The desired effect and appropriate time could be sufficient for the company to RNS.
There are no guarantees of arrival and yes people should recognise that situation and the progress.
They may wait until the "whole API approval" is in place to RNS.
It is a toss of the coin for tomorrow but if you believe in the company projection does it really matter?
Not for me and many others because we believe and will be staying, whatever!!

Completion of the Acquisition is conditional, inter alia, on final due diligence, which is expected to be completed by GST by 31 October 2021, and also on GST obtaining approval from the FCA for the change of control of Angra, a regulated entity. Further announcements will be made on the progress of the Acquisition in due course.

In part I think the CA RNS bore a little of the investigation findings in the increased support of Hurricane plus CA increase the holding.
The forthcoming response should be interesting, revealing and hopefully push the company further forward.
