The main numbers of interest for announcement are Mexico and Argentina
Netherlands is a Quanta launch though we have a lot of control which will have greater importance as the partnership further blossoms, of which a buyout is not out of the question,but that's down the road.
New territory launches similar to the i-gaming strategy of Mexico and the tweaked Argentina will give more numbers (=more revenue)......Brazil, India come to mind the easiest but remember 2,3,4,5 territories are in some stage of advanced discussions

The warrants have/are causing a short term turbulence of which there may be a tad more BUT money does go into the coffers AND the strength of the company get better and better.

The next wave up will be from a still advantageous position compared to a couple of months ago and will attack the Year High of about 0.7p and go beyond. The news front, with a campaign of "announce, announce, announce" as its slogan will push the SP up there with little/no headwind.
Take the opportunities that are presented and BUY because it will return to a handsome profit in this dour market. This stock is alive and kicking.

I think $55 is rather optimistic. Probably more like $50 but that is still enough to generate sufficient free cash to clear the bonds well before the due date. These are my calculations:
According to the last financial update (17.09.21) they had $144m free cash as at 31.08.21. This will be reduced by $62m for the bond offer, leaving $82m. The bonds have been reduced by 34% leaving $152m outstanding so they need additional free cash of $70m to clear the debt.
If you assume daily production at 10k with $50 profit per barrel that is $0.5m per day which requires 140 days production to produce sufficient cash to pay off the bond holders. Given that the time scale starts at the end of August this means that they should meet the target amount by the end of January 2022.
The most significant point is that with the prospect of paying off the bond holders and generating additional free cash from the end of January 2022 there is a reasonable possibility that they can commit to a 2022 program to remedy the reservoir issues and at least maintain if not increase production.

Senseman, done a great job rallying the emails to the NEDS.
It would be fair to say that they are as shocked as us , by the email response.and to come back with....."understand and share your concerns and have begun to investigate these matters" tells us that they were not party to the RNS (imo)
The ball game has also shifted somewhat and Crystal Amber are now well and truly back into the leadership mode of action.
Will they increase their holding further?
