Aug 4th RNS
· Bougouni Mining Licence application has now been forwarded from the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Water to the Secretary General's office for final review prior to presentation at the Conseil des Ministres.
· This is the final stage prior to the signing of the Mining Licence and Kodal is informed that all is progressing as expected.

Bernard Aylward, CEO of Kodal Minerals, commented: "Our Mining Licence application for the Bougouni Lithium Project is now in the final stages of approval. The new Mining licence decree has been drafted and verified by the Mali Ministry of Mines and forwarded to the Secretary General's office. From this point the licence application is prepared for presentation at the Conseil des Ministres of Mali and following agreement will be formally approved.
We will be monitoring the progress and will update investors as we receive further information.

When I posted this post below at 5am Friday morning , the events of the day showed the RNS didcome into play and gradually people saw the light and started to buy in the belief of the current BOD/company. Oh that old BOD make me shudder with the deceit about the state of the company. CA saw he light thankfully.
An extremely healthy particularly the pm followed.
The masterstroke of the Bond Offer will now be followed by more good news as HUR now have a clear indication of the pathway ahead. Monday / next week I expect another RNS and it could be a belter.

If a bond holder takes up the offer they take their risk of the table and gain a good profit
If a bondholder stays they are happy to stay and so happy with the company and the risk to maturity, I would say
For every bondholder that goes the overall final debt for the company is reduced
Talking of numbers who knows but the debt will be reduced and the HUR BOD will know where they stand with the overall debt and their confidence.
Expecting the RNS today/Monday giving the numbers (and possibly the next stage of the plan will be with it or that will be a few days later).
The wait is nearly over and good news to continue
