RT..They will be accurate for their system but I agree that any system on a buy or sell should be exactly the same and unambiguous . A Buy should go down as a buy and a sell as a sell. It is not a game when you are dealing with real money but all these systems are here to create illusion for the average retail investor. In reality its not fair and is certainly not a level playing field when it comes to likes of the retail investor. We carry on despite ........

Monday 4pm Sep 6th the offer was to close ....it now closes Thursday 4pm Sep 9th ....... I agree with the idea of negotiation /give and take and add that possibly bondholders maybe asked for a bit more .

The ad hoc group will not comprise of all the bondholders
In these trying financial times a number of BBs will secure a good profit by selling and I cannot blame them. The old BOD must have put the fear of God into a number of BBs with RNS negativity of the future of the company and their individual bond worth. The court ruling will have worried them for in their minds their minds the risks would still be there. They wait and see what happens and a good offer comes to them ...... they will sell get rid of the risk, make profit and move on ...phew they will think!!
