It's at times like this that I chuckle to myself thinking about some of the impatience some people show or the moaning that others do or both, particularly to the BoD
I have said before that the BoD are thoughtful about their processes and actions.
Pleased for the LTH who should now see a return in their PF and move ultimately into profit.
There is still so so much news to come and the pathway is clearing for a re- transforming over 2019 and beyond
Glad to be a holder and by the way still not in profit ...
To those people who genuinely support the company .... enjoy ...

I asked a direct and polite question to person who was posting. I have asked twice and CD does post regularly and I read his posts with interest.

Momentum is increasing as sentiment changes
I am getting nearer to my average but still not there but have optimism to say It will go above
Wish I'd have funds to buy at 10p ish but alas not to be
Leaving on another positive note the BoD are backing their deals, have applied for more acquistion, are involved in a drilling campaign , have completed the Chiritza upgrade and are still producing, are debt free and have money in the bank, have low costs and are undervalued

I am aware of 150 m ish in June 2016 when he went from holding 8% to 14% of the company

The options moving forward are enormous and after yesterday's news we can expect anything ..... but it will be extremely positive
The cards have turned in favour of Amerisur and now that it seems RH has gone with his 60+ million shares we can now hope to see some sensibility to the SP in the undervalued company
The old criteria still exists ... DEBT FREE, profit making, low operating costs, OBA completion, Oil explorer and producer, drilling programme in place( which will be accelerated in 2019) ....
The boot is on the other foot now for Amerisur Resources

Just been reading, with interest the comments, from yesterday. Talk of a takeover was replaced by RH and his shares. Yes the link suggested he had zero, some doubted how this had been achieved whilst others thought it great. The linkturned out to be misleading and the company apologised for a genuine mistake in its reporting...so RH still has shares to sell. It seems a number shares where reported yesterday as sells when they where buys ..... but this is happening a lot across many on Aim.
I am still of an opinion that Amerisur could be sold to GTE.
My reading, thought processes and feeling points me that way
with the appointment of the ex BP experienced lady yesterday,
the FTSE listing of GTE this morning..... don't believe it's a coincidence
the geographical nature of the two companies in Columbia and the Putumayo Basin
The Dana Coffield link between the companies. He was a founder.of GTE

Ok I could be reading too much into a number of things but AMER is a prime target.
Takeover or not I still believe we are seriously undervalued, oversold, have low Market sentiment but have great potential for a much higher SP.

Well guys .... congratulations to Amerisur for giving us LTH and positive people a welcome shot in the arm .. This is a real bonus as is ahead of expectations. The oil goes straight into the ptoduction line of the OBA and through the RODA system and onto the seaport in Equdor for export. We are a producer not just an explorer!!!

The other bonus is the high quality of the oil and it is on a choke.

Another bonus is that the U&T Sands are being remapped and the oil volume is currently not on the register..... so there will be an immediate Reserve uplift after evaluation

Dicisacroc...... in many ways we are together..... I too am in for the .Long term with my investment but I don't like to see my large investment in the red by the % that it is. I, like you, believe in the potential of the company but at the moment don't like the current overall situation. Yes I follow all the presentations etc but just feel they could do a little more to alleviate people's fears......to finish ... I like you believe there is a lot of joined up thinking in the company with a sound strategy but our Sp should be s lot higher ...... it seems it's moved up today ..... let's hope it keeps going that

I agree with your points but the bears are in control of this stock and my point is to arrest the SP then AMER have to make rapid improvements in their efforts to appease The Market. The PR work via Twitter was very short lived after the 18% drop on the day ... and it has dropped further. Maybe, as a matter or some urgency, they should face the camera and do a Podcast with one of the commentators eg Vox or Marcy.

The MCAP has dropped significantly showing bear control . The trading volumes per day is higher than the average but obviously in the wrong direction for LTHs. The action needed, I suggest, has to be focussed and sustained and immediate. The BoD are in the ones to sanction this, they are the ones who know what's going on, they are the ones to inform us, they are the ones change the mood ....... now!!

Amerisur Resources need to take action NOW to stop the market sentiment of selling ....

Still targetting 120 MMbo to increase its reserves and production, even after N Sands 11MMbo is removed

All companies have setbacks .... yes this was a setback, but surely shouldn't have been an 18% drop back
Hopefully the BoD engage with the market and its PIs and institutional investors to start climbing back up the scale
It's a blip which will be overcome , for sure imo
