Hi guys ..... the low free float is making things happen for LTHs and it's nice to see .
The MMs need to Shares so will push prices up to encourage sellers
My shares are in my pocket waiting for the mandate news which should push the SP very very much higher
Won't say we will get that news next week but it isn't far off

I agree with number of shares being 157m + as Jun holdings says and now today's Tr1
Where the hell 180m shares comes from is beyond me !!!

Sorry to be pedantic but if you check the May Prospectus on the Alpha Growth website the number of shares after the placing works out to be 156, 735, 000 ..... where other peoples / companies get as many as 181m from I don't know
The recent Aug 12th Acqam Tr1 backs up the 156m figure give or take a few @ 14.58% of the company
The number of shares affects %s owned, including yourself and also the MCAP and free float.

Yes Max Acqum have been purchasing and investing in Algw crossing the threshold in May to now have 14.58% of the company 23m+ shares at a great price.

Morning guys ..... just to reiterate the low float will create a rapid rise from this SP, which is discounted to the placing of 1.5p. Only waiting for a contract or contract sequence to happen.

Certainly not a SI as suggested but merely trying to understand your rationale with regards to posting on here and as I saw others with negativity. It appears to me that you are not a holder in ALGW so why bother posting about them? ... and others eg DISH .

As one "mug punter" As you suggest haha I do hold shares in the company and a recent placing at 1.5p gave them sufficient top up for approx 12 months .
I will leave you to do more research and maybe you might buy ...

Consolidation is moving to bounce mode. The signals are strong and positive.
The company is ready to deliver
These last two blue days are a taster of even brighter days ahead.
The team is in place, institutions are on board, the products & pricing structures are set up
Revenue generating though relatively small at the moment but don't be fooled
EoY accounts being audited now but not expecting gigantic news from them
The gigantic news will come from contract announcements in the very near future

Directors cannot just buy when they want to .... they are probably in a closed period as the company sets up contracts which I know still need to be revealed.... confident that they will buy when they can

They would not not giving any sensitive or competitive data out by doing the latter but it would waken the market

The Group's full fiscal year comes to a close at the end of August. We don't expect any significant developments over the next couple of months that will be reflected in the year end accounts. We do however expect that the next fiscal year's account will be very much different and reflective of the continuing efforts as set out above and the Directors look forward to the new fiscal year.

Tend to agree but I wouldn't write off a sudden announcement on the contracts
Yes it would have little effect on this year's accounts but would set the 2019-2020 year
They are Main Market and are surely wanting to impress the Market with a bang
Private Investors are holding .... waiting for the next contract news
Institutional investors haven't shown their hand yet
