If I was the PRC, I would just offer NCYT $50m for the intellectual property and testing kits in stock and set up overnight manufacturing in each city in China. They would curb panic, let people out of quarantine and restore order and their markets. Much cheaper than leaving the virus out there day by day.

Now NCYT have a testing kit online for the virus, panic will calm and markets can return to normal. Cu a necessity in the modern battery operated era. Hopefully the price will not be suppressed for long.
