- Drafting New Strategic Plan. Task be completed by end of the year and complete. Arrange first event before end of the year to show platform is running and we are making revenues.

- Not racing for single investor. Opportunity to work with more than 12 investors. Investors should not be concerned by Fintech bank.
- One of inventory funders. 2 new investors for Italy and UK. They saw that another well-known asset manager started a similar business launched an initiative, called Mark and AZ. ‘Snowball effect’ happening

- Interims by end of September. We should not be anxious, we should be happy. All components in place. Funders, platform, accounting and legal framework.
- Now shareholders understand we are working in financial services and we are not alone. Banks, Institutions, Global Asset Managers cannot be forced. SYME cannot create problems by forcing them. This has been the reason for some of the delays.
- IM will be well before year end. Monetize before and in line with revenue guidance. All components now in line.
- Stress of Fintech Bank 30th Sept deadline. SYME is working with Fintech bank, if there was something wrong had obligation to tell the market.
- Revenues Guidance was to produce IM revenues this year which we are now in line with.
- Now we are very calm, platform ready la
