I read in the FT that Bovis is the most likely for a takeover due to its land bank and nav. I am sure there is going to be profit in this share buy early and hold.

I am in Bovis and many other builders TEF TW ect, i own builders merchants so i see every day whats going on. I also supply Buildbase part of the Grafton Group GFTU but i dont own any shares in them, one of there manager has told me today they have beaten there sales targets for the last 2 months even with the bad weather we have had. Things are better than the market is making out, dont know why the share price in building companys is being held back.

Got in a little to early as dropped to 384, to keen, but never mind it will come back strong. I am thinking the money will be made in 2011 in most construction related business, there is a huge demand for housing.I own a builders merchants so i see every day whats going on. There is more demand in the south and prices are alot better, i am based in midlands were it is still slow. I also hold TEF , TW ,CAL, SDY, plus few banks and others. I tink TEF will be a star in the future.

I supply Travis , and they are buying alot more from us this jan than last even with the bad weather, they are doing really well i am sure there profits will be up this year.

Going to need some really good news to shift these, they will come good but need long term hold.

these shares have dropped, the market is not a true reflection of a companys position. Great time to buy.

Business is looking a lot better, but not sure if share price will go much higher. It seems good news makes little difference.

I am going to buy some of these next week , they are going to make a profit.
