I am in TW and TEF both done really well, TEF is my best share, i own a builders merchants so i invest in construction companys.I can tell you we are selling loads into london at moment. BVS is a good company we will see £5 but might see some up and downs on the way.

Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property asset manager, today announces that the Mall Fund has completed the sale of St George's Shopping Centre Preston to Aviva Investors Property Trust for a price of £87m reflecting a deemed initial yield of 7.64%. The sale price reflects a premium to the 31 December 2009 valuation. Capital & Regional has an interest of 16.7% in the Mall Fund
I am in Bovis and many other builders TEF TW ect, i own builders merchants so i see every day whats going on. I also supply Buildbase part of the Grafton Group GFTU but i dont own any shares in them, one of there manager has told me today they have beaten there sales targets for the last 2 months even with the bad weather we have had. Things are better than the market is making out, dont know why the share price in building companys is being held back.
Housebuilder Bovis has plotted a reasonably stable passage through the slump in the housing market. The group built about 1,803 homes last year and with prices up slightly, brokers expect profits of about £7.6m, eps of 4.5p and NAV of 540p. The final outcome may be determined by the size of any land value write back
