CAL is not loved, the company seems to be going forward making new investments. The share are trading at half NAV dont know what the furure holds now.

They are making good progress, i have heard some very good things about PRM i am going to top up. Thank kyea for the infomation.

I am sure this will break 40p easy before results, my target price is 45 to 50p. RNO are forecasting a big rise in profits this year.

I have heard there will be some positive news on March 30, not long now. Share seems to be holding its own about 38 to 40p.

Was hopping it would rise and hold about 165p, sliiped back a little should rise again soon.

I see the price has not bin this high for over 12 months now, i know the long term holders are looking for the big pay out.Looking at the rumbling drums it could be this year?

You should do well with that buy in price my average is 120p.I know they are very busy at the moment with lots of projects on so the profits should be good this year.

Going up well now, lets keep this going until results then a 45p to 50p would do me nice.

I have read that Amersham are very interested in buying PRM once it is profitable. I have heard some very big estimates for this share. Any one else heard anything?

I have heard some very positive feed back about this company.2012 going to be a very strong year.

I think the problem is with all the doom on the high street Peacocks going into admin ect, the market is worried and the CAL rents being paid.

This will turn, hope comes into it, but the business is being run well making a profit and looking to invest in new projects. Anything connected to property is not wanted at the moment. I am going to hold these until i get my 50 to 60p

lets hope CAL can make some gains in 2012, i think even with good results the stock market takes a lot of pleasing at the moment. I am happy to hold this share as we are at the bottom now so the only way is up.
