I've only just managed to watch the presentation just now but I thought it went very well and well done to the board for handling some tricky questions when they could have avoided these, I appreciate the open and transparent approach. A lot of these questions have been raised by various members here on LSE over recent weeks and clearly the board are aware of what is posted and welcomed the opportunity to put the record straight. Bob's note they are happy for us to email them any questions at any point and they will answer was helpful. Key take aways for me:

Undervalued, undervalued, undervalued (I lost count of how many times Martin mentioned this) by a good multiple of existing share price. Martin confirmed he is well aware it is his job to drive the price higher and that is his focus for a SP re-rate in 2025.

Bibemi MRE update due this quarter (Q2)

MBE more results due Q3 then an update to the MRE

Exploration licence will move swiftly ahead on receipt of MRE and Martin confirmed government are motivated to take forward.

Senala - Bob confirms they are working out a multi year work program with Managem and the JV draft agreement dropped Monday evening which they have already sent back. This must now be close to an announcement on the terms.

Wapouze (limestone) talks ongoing with potential JVs

Reported resources - board already know will go much higher (thereby unlocking further investment from BCM).

Suffice to say I'm feeling confident and delighted to see the SP heading higher again. Long may it continue!

A lot to read and digest there cekim but no nasties from

what I can see. Martin should have addressed the share price but Eileen sums it up nicely and clearly aware of shareholder sentiment and need to get the SP pushed far higher:

‘I did finish last year's letter saying that I rather hoped 2024 would be a turning point for the Company, which in many ways it has been, with the very real progression of exploration at Bibemi and Mbe. However, as a shareholder, I cannot deny that the share price performance has been anything but stellar. In that regard, I can only promise continued hard work from the Board and management and a resolute effort to present the Company to the wider investor community and shareholder base as news emerges from Cameroon and Senegal. I believe that we can build on the progress made in 2024, and that 2025 will see a resurgent share price based on fundamental progress and results. I thank all of our shareholders for their patience and often sound advice and will continue to work towards achieving real value for us all.’

Martin has presided over a dwindling share price since becoming CEO. Frankly I'm not seeing any dynamism or leadership here sadly. He needs to get creative and prove why he should be CEO.... The rot of our dwindling share price has to be stopped and fast. Oriole has an underperforming share price, below where it should be for the meaningful payments from Lanstead (0.25+ on Bob's advice) and needs to be back to over 0.30s and fast. After all if great bonanza news is forthcoming then we are starting from a lot lower spring board than we should be (Bob thinks 0.50+).

The board granted themselves free shares last Autumn for what I can see is a lack of SP performance. This is not making them look clever, I'd like to know who thought this was a good idea. These awarded shares should have been pegged to higher SP prices triggered at say 0.60 / 0.75 and 1.0. It's not a difficult concept and puts out the right message.

We need some leadership.....IF possible the board should buy up Lanstead's remaining shares to stop their daily sells OR make a SIGNIFICANT investment as Eileen did a couple of years ago. I'd like to see some meaningful share buys from Martin and Bob at £50k or £100k each. By my calcs Eileen had nearly trebled her investment at one point 14 months ago and was up circa £350-400k which has now evaporated. I'm sure she is not amused and no doubt feeling it like a lot of fellow long term shareholders here.

For me the fundamentals have not changed and lots of news to come but I've been here 5 years and averaged down from a share price from 1.41. It's time to see some creativity and leadership.

That’s easy to answer from my end Godo:

Martin to update on Senala. He suggested we’d have a plan in place on this before Xmas. It’s seems forgotten and I believe offers great value in the short term if we play our cards right with significant price rise on gold we could actually benefit from the delay but least have some hard numbers please. From RNSs I’ve read I wonder if Managem have actually held up their part of the bargain and if there is a mechanism we can take this back and be a bit more clever with an engaged partner to drive this forward.

Get the share price to 0.50s minimum as that’s where Bob suggested we should be a few years ago as we are well ‘undervalued’. That was before all the positive news we’ve had since.

Bob to hold Lanstead to account for TR1s for any sales up to 1%. He assured us of this.

PR machine. It’s painfully slow. Somehow get us on the map, raise investor awareness and make us attractive to new investors, increase our profile and ultimately our share price. Martin is not looking professional with his PR updates from his bedroom. At least buy a backing board with ‘Oriole Resources’ stamped on it and invest in a good camera. Remember this is our CEO and any new investor will be watching and deciding whether they wish to invest let alone any new potential JV partners.

Drilling updates - slow and need to be consistent in news delivery (I appreciate logistics are tricky) but a planned market update to keep share price momentum. Not so sporadic.

I’d love to top up again but can’t help but feel I can buy cheaper in a weeks times after Lanstead have sold yet another 10m shares in a week..

Above all I’m taking the positives and Claire’s recent video noting ‘significant reserves’.

Godo - This is exactly the update and figures our board need to be talking about on a video update. Come on Bob start crunching the numbers with higher gold price and update us. After all you thought we should be valued in the 0.50s as a minimum two years ago. We must be seriously undervalued now Bob!?

We know more news is expected by end of the month. Fundamentals haven’t changed for me but the board need to play the game better. Remember we are drilling for gold which £/oz just keeps going up, we’re all in the right sector here. They currently have all the tools in the box to really drive the PR forward to benefit the SP.

Not the start to the weekend we all wanted.

I’d like to see the board come out fighting from Monday next week please and work harder than ever to recover the share price. They’ve got a lot of strategising to do I suggest. Bob needs to put out a well over due video update on the financials (as he used to do with Tim). He’s been rather camera shy recently - I wonder why!!? He can put his hand in his pocket too and top up his share holding. I’m still fuming on the free shares they awarded themselves pre Xmas as if it was a well well deserved pat on the back and for what. I said at the time it showed the wrong message. Martin is now down 40% on his share investment and Eileen is back to nearly where she bought in with £200k worth. They are not driving news effectively or in the right way.

I won’t be surprised to see a TR1 with Lanstead update next week. It will certainly be in excess of the 1% Bob suggested they’d report
