Once the 'Simulated Post-Contrast T1-Weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging' patent is granted, I think the company will be in play. The potential revenue from that is huge.

As we all know, the big re rate of our share price began with the RNS confirming the FDA approval of the LSN software on 4 November.
The Mayo agreement was announced on 9 November. Yesterday, we had the after hours RNS confirming that Mayo would be issued with 282,460 shares at a price of 13.2p ($50k), equivalent to the three-month average share price prior to the effective date of the Agreement. Admission of those shares would be effective on Tuesday 8 November.
What is interesting is that the three month average price prior to yesterday is substantially less than 13.2p. If you are argue that the effective date of the agreement is 9 November, then the average price is far, far less. So either way, Mayo are not being issued with anywhere near the number of shares I would have thought they were entitled to. So what is the likelihood that there is going to be a big price moving RNS on Monday?

Speaking generally, people are entitled to give their opinion, whether factual or considered. What they are not entitled to be, is libelous.
As for your opinion that "if everything was on point we wouldn’t see two 50% rises dwindle down to nothing", maybe I should point out we are up 100% this calendar year.
I guess we can all see an agenda in our posts. It is for others to evaluate our posts and make decisions that are in keeping with their own risk/reward profile.

The agreement with the Mayo Clinic to develop IB Trax is a huge milestone for IB. By appointing Dr. Leland Hu, MD, an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic Arizona, to IB's Scientific Advisory Board and paying royalties on sales, highly incentivises development for both parties. in a way "leverages IB's existing quantitative solutions and AI expertise to develop a streamlined workflow that systematically identifies, tracks, and reports changes to brain lesions."
We can also expect additional grants to be awarded which will supplement the $5.37m five year grants already awarded.
However, it is the 'gad-free' imaging patent which we hope will be awarded shortly, that could be the real company maker. Once that is in place alongside the integrated IB product range, I would expect the company to be receiving predatory offers for what is currently a tiny market cap.
This is a real opportunity for shareholders to be at the beginning of what TB calls "a period of exponential growth in their development of innovative medical AI technologies."

It is highly unlikely that we will have a placing now, as post the AGM a special resolution was passed allowing the company to buy back up to 15% of the share capital over the next twelve months. That being the case, we would not admit new shares only then to cancel them.
I appreciate that the CLN conversion adds new shares to the register but they were linked to an expiry date. They had to converted along with the attached coupon.
Patience is required, all is coming together nicely. How many would have expected a share price in the 20's just six months ago?
The opportunity is there to accumulate. The biggest gains are made in the waiting.

It is always good to see a share price decline on lower volume than when it rises. Obviously it would be nice now to have some good news released now, as I feel this is about to bounce. That being the case, I added twice yesterday and again half an hour ago. I will continue to accumulate weakness, as there is great risk/reward here. But please DYOR.

Good to see a 100k and 2x50k buys go through. However, MM's are keeping a tight control of sells and seem happy to be making money on the margin only. So are they working a sell order at 14p? Thoughts anyone?

Now the sellers have to decide whether they want to get back in at a higher price!

Two buys, one for £24k and the other for £10k and the MM's cannot fill orders. Let's see if anyone obliges in the auction, otherwise the MM's are going to have make a market!

There seems to be some confusion on here re today's TR1. It was required because on 11 November, TB, via Free Association Books Limited, converted CLN's and interest into 14,566,667 ordinary shares. As this increases the total number of shares in issue, a TR1 is required. However, in the same RNS of 11 November, TB, via Free Association Books Limited, sold 10,450,030 shares. This means his total holding increased by an additional 4,116,637 shares, but his percentage holding reduced to 29.61%. No TR1 is required for his personal holding as he didn't go below the next threshold.
There is no overhang.

Releasing the funds from the sale of Stonechecker will allow the BOD to focus its attention on IB Neuro, which I believe to be the company maker.

Forget the quoted spread of 2.60/3.50p. The real spread is 3.12/3.32p.

The next big news events, maybe the Stonechecker sale, will enable the company to use the big volume spike to buy back shares. That will obviously make future EPS more attractive and of course enable a predator to offer a higher amount per share, when a bid for the company eventually comes in. What is happening now, with the up to 15% share buy back, is a prerequisite to that eventuality.

Now is the time to be accumulating. It is going to get much more difficult to do so in the future.
