I have this morning added a further 215k shares.
Those who have taken the placing at 5p also have a one for one warrant option at 7.5p. In normal circumstances, the correct risk management option would be to wait for the share price to rise to 15p or more before exercising that option. This may follow the immediate flipping of placing shares, in order to control that risk fully. However, our board of directors have very cleverly set those warrants to expire three months after the issue of those placing shares. This, in my opinion, signals to the market that news will follow soon.
So warrant holders now have a few questions to answer. Do they wait and hope for a share price increase to 15p within the next three months and then exercise. Or do they purchase additional shares now at sub 6p and then take profits at the appropriate time for them?
Our company has a vision of what they believe will be future revenues. The placing will allow them to develop our product range further, as well as providing working capital.
Investors now have the opportunity to add to their holdings, based on the correct risk/reward for them. I have done that today.

Just came across this sobering fact from the @gbmfoundation website: There have only been 4 drugs and 1 device ever approved by the FDA for the treatment of GBM since 1920. None have significantly extended lives. This is why there is so much optimism for @IQAI_IB sponsored trial.

The 143,962 sell at 7.188p closes the buy from Wednesday at 6.94p. Whilst no one should be criticised for taking a profit, I suspect those worrying about margin are either going to take a hit or miss out on a very big profit.
I will continue to accumulate weakness and momentum, as I believe the next few months are going to be news rich for the company. That big re rate is coming.

Let us assume TB has been converting loan notes. The Loan Note reserve was £196,364 at the end of 2020. See Finals 19. Convertible Loan Note Reserve. Assume they are converted at 2p then he will be issued with circa 9.8m shares which he will sell in due course & still MAINTAIN his holding just under 30%. Note, the volume today is 13.71m. Just let this play out. We should be 20p now but the very big move is not far away. I have added further.

As I have said before, Guident is the real company maker for TEK, worth a large multiple of the current sp.

Whilst a Belluscura IPO RNS will provide a near term catalyst for the share price to move into the 20'sp, I believe it is Guident that will completely transform the company.

The Proactive video is a great piece of PR for the company and the forthcoming clinical study. However, it is the progression of the GAD free patent, entitled 'Simulated Post-Contrast T1-Weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging', that is the real game changer for me, as the revenue possibilities are endless.
This patent application, which has now completed a number of additional stages over the last week, should be followed in conjunction with the RNS updates, the last being on the 28/1.
Once this patent has been granted, I fully expect to see a huge re rating of the stock. In the meantime, the company continue to obtain large multi year grants which will endure the full development of its IB product range.
The time to accumulate stock is now. I continue to do so.

A very nice worked buy gone through. Bodes well for the open tomorrow.

That £50k delayed buy at 17p from last Thursday is a clear sign that money is moving in.

Great to see the RNS reference that the "patent application submitted in Q4 2018, is advancing through the US Patent and Trademark Office review process."

It has been a long process but I can confirm that it underwent its electronic review on 12 November 2020. Not long now.

This patent is the game changer for me, given the huge revenue opportunities that will arise from it. Then the predators will arrive with offers for the company.

One to be accumulating now imo.
