Yes ultimately it is all about revenue generation and profit. However, we know software development and partnerships come first. That is why the Bayer platform is so important, as it rapidly advance awareness. Additionally, I would have thought that we, at such a tiny market cap, would be very appealing to them. Even at 15-20x current valuation that would be small change.
As for the FDA IB Zero application, I suspect a lot of data has been required for that. So I look forward to a comprehensive update in the Finals in April. Of equal importance of course, will be the trial update. Hopefully, that comes this quarter with the Delta T1 Map patent grant and further news relating to IB Nimble, which will of course help to spread the word to a far greater client base? We will see.
The share price chart shows consolidation after the recent rise is on tiny volume, which is exactly what we want to see. Now for the repeat rise of the flag pole to circa 4.75p. If that were to be accompanied by good supporting news, well I suspect the rise would be much higher. However, one thing at a time. All will come good in due course IMO.

TB will continue to fund any cash requirements via CLN's. Once the share price is substantially higher and if we need further cash to fund development and/or acquisitions/parnerships, then obviously a placing would be a consideration. At the moment, I am more interested in seeing whether we are acquired by the likes of Bayer or a tech giant like Google. Consolidation will continue in the sector in 2023.

There is going to be a great deal of consolidation with AI over the coming year or so. I can see the likes of Google wanting to further increase their presence in AI, as the revenue possibilities are enormous.
IQAI market cap under £6m. Small change even at a big multiple of the current price.
Very interesting times ahead.

People should always view my posts as personal opinion and do their own research.
I have added today, as stated earlier. My doing so was based on a number of considerations. Ultimately, price action will determine whether I was right or wrong to do so.

As supply of stock becomes more scarce going forward (assumig good newsflow), it will be interesting to see whether we get more auction trades. This will be a firm indication of price direction, as will online limits.

The continued selling of West Coast Capital & the effects of both the pandemic & the war have obviously hit the share price over the last year or so. However, the vastly increased volume over the last few days has enabled West Coast to sellout COMPLETELY. Positive newsflow will now be rewarded.
I have just added further in two lots.

With the FDA orphan status decision due within 90 days of submission, this means the company will have a response before the end of March. This gives traders a clear window of opoprtunity to build a holding and sell should they so wish, before that RNS is issued by the company. That is is why I believe Zak Mir's chart prediction of 5p by the end of February will be hit. Indeed, I can see it being a lot higher by the time of the RNS.

As for why TB doesn't buy large amounts of stock on the open market, I thought I would duplicate my ADVFN post from earlier this afternoon:-

On the 13/12/21 TB resigned as a Director of FAB and was replaced by a family member. Consequently, his IQAI holding automatically reduced from 28.9% to 17.64%. FAB still own 11.26% of IQAI.
However, TB is considered to be a 'concert party' to that FAB holding and therefore still has an interest in 28.9% of the IQAI stock. This means he is unable to buy a large amounts of stock on the open market, as it would take him over the 30% limit where an offer for the company would need to be made. This helps to explain why he funds the company via the issue of CLN's. These would be converted at a later point, either after he has sold an equivelent amount of stock or after a placing. Alternatively, he could simply take part in the placing and maintain his holding without converting at all.

If I were TB, I would issue as many CLN's as I could. Either way, this is a win, win for shareholders.
