RE: Tb holding2 Mar 2023 09:25
Trevor has always maintained and stated in regulated results, that he will continue to support the company by the issuing of CLN's. This is far better, pre profitability, than dilutive placings where broker clients sell short and flip for a quick return.
Also Trevor is restricted by a 'concert party' agreement with FAB, as result of family and friends being associated with FAB, so he is unable to buy shares on the open market without going over 30%. As a result he can only convert CLN's, providing the company with funds, while making a profit himself, dependent on the CLN conversion price. I am more than happy with this, particularly if shareholders are currently selling shares while expecting a placing to happen. If one doesn't happen, then they may be buying back their positions more expensively.
This is all very interesting.
