I'm not qualified to give anyone any advice on IHT. Successive governments have gradually made it more difficult to pass on wealth from one generation to the next and I find this the most pernicious of taxes. If our government goes as far as Roosevelt did in 1933, then even the strategy of 'coins going missing' won't work.

I don't think I've heard PB be so overt about what's going on with commercial discussions before. There were definitely some wry smiles evident when talking about Alphamin etc. This seems to be playing out in the way that I believed it would. As ever with such opportunities, patience is the name of the game, here.

Itsa. I agree. Again, it just shows how poor our board are at being commercially savvy and how the banks are now taking advantage of our weak position. We're perceived as a high risk basket case.This is like one of those car crashes you know you shouldn't look at, but do! Thank goodness for my decent stake in GGP and other natural resource companies that have outstanding management, a proper business plan and know how to execute it. Shaun Day of GGP is world class and this lot should take a leaf put of his book!

I'm replying to Zoros' point about IHT and the fact that many of us now have to properly consider strategies to mitigate any tax-take due upon death etc. I recall a good friend of my parents passing away a few years ago. She was in her nineties and a very 'canny' woman who led a fascinating life. On the surface, she appeared to be nothing more than 'financially comfortable'. Just prior to her death she presented a large bag full of gold sovereigns to Dad and, with a wink, said "Osborne isn't getting any of these" (that dates it for you). It's strange how these small coins can go missing.

Being part of this journey for only 18 months and the 5.5p (old money) days has been both rewarding and fascinating, learning so much about not only this sector and mining, but also human nature. I intend to retain my stake with the hope of making my children's live that little bit easier as they face many more challenges that I had to when I was their age. They all work so hard, are good people, but find it disheartening that they aren't rewarded for their endeavours in the same way that I was, back in the day.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. That extends to all the green bins I've accumulated over the past 18 months. I may laugh or roll my eyes at their posts, but they do bring colour to the board.

UVT - What drives your incessant ramping of this share? Are you paid per (meaningless) post? It's so pointless. If you offered some analysis and insight, it would, almost, be tolerable. At least BMHLtd's ramping had some substance and we could challenge it if so desired.

Nutses. I’m no cross-ramper, but you’re correct, as I’ve invested in three biotech companies and lost out in all three so my track record is not blemished by success! To counter this, I’ve been very successful in the natural resources space. If you look at my profile, you can see where I’m invested as I do comment here and there! We live and learn. I’m sure there are biotech companies out there who will succeed, but clearly I don’t have the ability to identify them. I’m going to treat them like junior miners/explorers, where 90% lose you money. My experience in biotech companies is that the quality of the management is poor and many appear to be lifestyle companies where the SHs are paying the wages of the BOD with constant raises and dilution. You can tell from the tone of this, I’m rather disillusioned with Faron and the sector!

Clintek. I mean their abilities to navigate their way through the various stages required to be commercially successful and to create proper value for SHs. I’m not questioning their scientific abilities. They’ve diluted when they said they wouldn’t and this latest farce gives credence to my point of view. I sincerely hope they can pull this off, but their actions have eroded my belief.

Genuinely, good luck to you, GMDK. I admire your conviction. For me, there are far less risky options out there with a similar possible upside. Unfortunately, the BOD have destroyed my faith in their abilities.

The rehabilitation of the land is a condition of the IFC funding agreement.

UVT. Would it be possible for you to back up any of your child-like ramps with some substance? It’s all rather tedious, repetitive and pointless.

Again, I implore you to look at INC and see what TM has done to us over there. Not pretty. Businesses are about the people who run them and their track records. Only last year TM was waxing lyrical about how sales of the product would be in the tens of thousands, will gain momentum and then turn into hundreds of thousands. We have sold 177 units in as many days.

Should have read 'snake oil salesman'. I also wonder what those jokers on The Sunday Roast have to say about it. I'm sure that KH was still singing INC's praises earlier this year and wonder if TM will be bold enough to appear again. Somehow, methinks not!

TM has done to us here to what he’s done to SHs at IMM. Over-promised and under-delivered. Some may describe him as an oil salesman and both companies should be investigated. I’ve asked many times what became of the Marrionaud deal, the truth behind the claim of copyright infringement and how it was settled and I’ve received nothing. An expensive lesson learned here and one that will help me to steer clear of lifestyle companies through which the BOD take big salaries.
