Bit of a classic recovery going on atm. from a 5 times tested 109/111p low in july & august --- 150p will be a big hurdle --- 125p looks to be a good level that it needs to hold now on any small pull- back and a good level to get in at if not already in ---- Onwards and Upwards from there ---- Just dropping back from a little overbought on this leg --- But has real potential ----- in my view anyway . JMVHO --- GLA -----

Was not worried about being very heavily in the red at one point with the Shorts today --- i was more than covered on the Long posn. plus the previous couple of weeks Short profits --- Went my way today , eventually ----- doesn't always tho' !!! GLA ----

Just back from Llandudno --- excellent day at the seaside !!! -- Lots of older codgers than me at Llandudno and only about half a dozen irritants --- oops meant children of course didn't i ??? (lol) . Anyways guys ---- no stop losses in place today !!! AHT way , way over overbought on this current leg up !!! First Short was 1327 p as posted -- Second order triggered @ 1340 p , then 1350p and finally 1365p !!!---- Had to do a bit of trading on the mobile --- closed out my long term Long posn. @ 1265p --- Closed all shorts on a 1300p stop loss and immediately Long again !!! --- Not going to divulge how much has been banked today ---- Shorts were Spreads all @ £20 / point & the Long was from 1050p --- You do the maths !!! ---- GLA ----- well done AHT ---- onwards & upwards now please !!!

Well , trying hard for that 200 dma around 440 p ----came within half a point or so around 2.30pm today . Getting close to overbought now on this leg --- Midday auction today was down again , i notice ---around the 431p level !!!! Could all be the pre -cursor for a bit of a consolidation / pull back ---- Let's see what ensues in the coming days !!!!. GLA ----

Yes , i think Gs forgot to pay the rent or he was using the rent money to buy his latest shares (lol) . We're over on 0QQ8 ( Gold Fields ) atm ----- not too bad a cave , could do with a lick of paint tho'. I'm 13 points up on a small short again here --- just another tasty morsel for the start of the week !!! (lol) . Midday auction took a plunge today down to 423p ---- may confirm your bearish short-term outlook . SP still a few pence up on the day atm ---- it's just topped today's opening high !!. Indicies are all still riding the weak NFP data wave . This one might just attempt the 200dma & top bollinger which stands at 440/441p now ---- comes up against some tough resistance at that point , so the game's still on atm !!! If it does turn south then i'd like to think that 419p would hold for us ---- GL sir ----

Yep ---- but i can make money out of a " Crazy world ! " ----- it's the quiet, stayed world traders ( like me ) never ever looks forward too !!!! Just the way it is , i suppose -- You'll see AHT continue the rise now, i expect , for at least another month --- and then,as you say , time to try and second guess Auntie Janet again (lol) . Interesting snippet , perhaps ----- midday auction hit smack on 443p ( 200dma) today . An hour later at just after 1pm ( FOMC & Auntie Janet ) the world and its oyster crashed (lol) . Wonder what the NFP data will do to everything tomorrow ??? -- GL ----

Yep---- it looks to be the best of the bunch atm, as you point out !!!--- Boat hasn't sailed too far yet and in my humble opp. it will give plenty of opps. to add here & there along the way . Pi's ( and brokers ) seem to be looking at somewhere between 200p & 220p before re-evaluating !!!. Not going to get to 220p very quickly is my current view ---- It hit it's first big hurdle today at 177p which coincided very nicely (lol) with the FOMC statement --- next big hurdle will be just under 190p . It's a long - termer , and if you're buying a ticket atm. then make sure you get yourself a comfortable cushion as well cos the ride may be a tad bumpy at times !!!
