Yes, all eyes will be on Barclays tomorrow ---Investec saw Barcs & Lloyds as a good bet on Sky News interview yesterday but said dump HSBC . Lloyds up around 3.7% atm. today ---- Aviva continuing to consolidate above 500p ( fingers crossed ) --- My rantings on the BT board have all been " cleaned up " , like this board yesterday !! Yes, agree with you ---- we have to hope it carries on up now to that 580p marker . It's done very well so far --- still a long way to go but this is a good start . GL ---

Just to re-iterate ,( as a few posts have disappeared ) --- i got into BT at 300p . so reasonably happy with that atm. Yesterdays recomm. from Jefferies Int. targets that 525p level we spoke about before . Dunno what's the matter with Barclays Cap. tho' ----- may ring 'em and ask them WTF their pessimistic targets are all about (lol) ---- GL ---

Yes, Ftse100 down this morning ----- Aviva up ( can't say fairer than that ) . Whether the 500p level proves to be a " bottom " finally now remains to be seen of course --- but i'm hopeful that this time it will prove to be so !! --- GL ----

Yes, tested 494p , now back up to 496.5p ( google live ) as i post ---- Macd is one i use (lol) so that's ok . ---- has turned down now obviously with the pull back from 512p . but not yet given a divergence ( cross over ) --- PA (sp) is about to cross down under the 13 day moving average & all other indicators now are -tive , so it could well be on it's way back down in stages to that 480pish level . Ftse100 is well up ( 24pts. ) & Buys outweigh Sells today so far ---- a run back up over 500p into the close is still the preferred route for me atm . GL sir ----

taskmaster , there ya go again with those " funny " named things !! ----- But , yes, agreed 497p or 494p would be the target now .---- All the way down to 480p ( channel bottom ) in fact would be ok with me altho' it would be extremely bullish if we now got a close above 500p again going into the weekend !! --- Ftse100 still up a couple of points, i think , altho' Dow & Dax are dropping back nicely for me . A wad of points now off two Dow Shorts & a Dax Short & a good pile of points off a Gold Long . Nope , never bothered with Meta Trader altho' it's been around & available thru' IG Index for years . Don't think they offer MT5 yet ? I did pay for IG's Real Time Pro. at one time but now save a bit of money and just use their standard interactive platform which is free of charge --- gives me all the info i need , along with my City Index & H&L accounts . Plenty of sights anyone can visit for good chart & share analysis . GL sir ----

Hmm --- interesting ,thanks for the link !! SP continues to retrace with the Ftse100 coming back 40 points or so off short term overbought levels. Let's just hope that 500p holds now . Doubled up on my Dow short @ 20642 this morning ( Dow Futures ) giving me an average of 20621 . Altho' it is terribly overbought short term on both daily, i hourly & 4 hourly , i have closed out with a very small gain of +3pts. on each posn. Back in on any drop below 20604 or thereabouts . I notice that it hit 20540 @ 14.59pm and then dropped back below 20540 to 20517 @ 15.08pm . That was Dow Open trading tho' as opposed to Dow Futures trading before 14.30 pm. GLA ----

To close on today --- again , slightly more Sells than Buys . Off topic i took +40pts. off the Dow short & +20pts. off the AHT short . Dow has shot up off 20500 intra-say support and i'm short again from 20600 !!!. Incredible stuff over the pond --- will drop with a bang some time very soon !! Put my " winnings " into a Dow short this morning @ 20540 --- now that is surely " overbought " at that level , isn't it , yes , gotta be , ---- well probably , yes i think it is most defo. overbought , --- hmmm might be wrong , i suppose , no overbought for sure !!!
