Good profits on Dow and Dax bounces banked ---CEY short closed and BRIT longs closed for healthy gains ---BRIT a tad over-extended now but will be back in on any pull-backs ---- just triggered my Gold long @ 1297.3 i see ( fingers crossed ) ----- Optimus , yes, can be a pain in the "butt " sometimes ---just told mine i wanted to do my own thing and he went away (lol) -----GLA.

For all us "muppets " ( not very pleasant from our resident " pessimist " now , was it ? ) ----- found itself a bottom recently @ circa 180 p ----trying the break-out of 191 p again today ----next big hurdle obviously £2.00 ( res, 200 EMA ,and 50 EMA ish. ) ---GLA .

Would be nice to see it remain above the recent triple top @ around 247 p ish and push onwards !! ---GL.

Looksee at BATS ----this is MVHO on the present Technical view as that's my "thing " and not qualified to give a Fundamental view ----Without doubt it has had an extremely profitable run in the last 5 years from £18.00 to £38.00 in may 2013 .---then jan 2104 to june 2014 from £29.00 up to res. at £36.00 ----4 attempts to break thru' res have failed , which then saw a declining SP ( downtrend) resting today on 50DMA @ £35.20 ----200 DMA is down @ £33.50 ish which back in march/april/may was res/supp. -----further drops are probably going to be seen as its a 100 stock and the Ukraine/ Russia problem will impact on all stocks next week unless things improve over the week-end ( damn Russians ) --- £36.00 is quite obviously Strong Res. going forward and my personal thoughts would be to see that Res. broken clearly before commiting any funds to the stock . ----either that or a drop to first supp @ around £34.25 or second supp. @ around £33.50 ish ( 200 DMA ) ---and see if these levels hold ? ----not going to get many shares for your money and only about 4.1 % dividend ? ----GL tho' if you go for it --JMVHO as i see it presenting its-self today ------

today on its year high so far ( intra -day high before today i mean ) ----i'm hoping for further gains , technically not yet overbought but reached upper bollinger today , so fingers crossed ---GLA.

Yes, i keep posting over there that the bottom is in @ 242 p and that i'm long the stock only now ( ? ! ) ----but Shares Mag. today seems to suggest that more "pain " may be just around the corner before perhaps Tesco is bought out or disappears altogether ?? ----Technically is is very much due a " dead cat bounce " up to around 277 p ish but it's a tricky decision for anyone ----Morrisons and Sainsburys are in similar technical position , but Sainsburys , i would say on balance , is probably the best of the three to hold at the moment --JMVHO ----GL to you . ----

But don't see your downtrend --34 p is your downtrend and it's already broken that one !! ---Larger downtrend from aug. 2013 @ 134 p ish down thru' feb 2014 @ 97 pish gives next touch @ higher than 55 p now ---altho' 40/42 p is first res. and then 55 / 58 p ---------------just my view of the chart -------GL.

Good article in Shares mag. today about Vernalis ( possible rerating if any other products come to market ----loss making at the moment but cash rich until then !!) ---technically overbought a bit at the mo. but worth getting back in IMVHO on any drops back down to 34 p ( 200 DMA ) -----gone short on it for now , but will reverse and go long if i can get 3p or so ----------------GL. 510/11 p now --- doing well on the back of rising markets ? ---upper bollinger dropped now to about 511 p , so that's as high as we may get this time around--hope it breaks a bit higher tho' to get over the downtrend --GLA .

JMVHO everyone , but a little stretched now -- looking for a pull-back / consolidation soon back to around perhaps 980 p or just below --- just a technical view , but would give an ideal level to continue the uptrend from ---GLA.
