Yes, they have closed it at their end ..... but if your Auto Password is still active from that browser then it will simply attempt to log on with the 5shares details every time .....what the LSE platform does with it when it gets it i don't know ..... perhaps you could let me know sir !! Auto Password is a user option i simply don't like or have ever used ,( for obvious reasons ) but my son and daughter use them for everything including bank log on details ... must to my dismay !! I have Googled the option settings for IE & Chrome ..... answer they give is that you should be able to switch it on & off if you want .... please keep trying to solve the issue from your end !! I don't think e-mailing Admin will solve the issue ( may make it worse for you ) ... as it's clearly an Auto Password issue from your end .... Really don't know how you got yourself into this " pickle " in the first place ..... Admin would have given you your forgotten details without the need to create another account !! But clearly i now have some sympathy with the issues you are up against ... if all else fails then i will happily accept the multiple ID for the moment .. My Thanks Gs .....
