Nothing has been RNS'd about actually signing the document(s) though.. this was the last RNS on the 17th April...

To get past GR's track record here unfortunately... I'm a long-termer here, and it's been a litany of failure on GR's part (not all his fault, but mostly!). It seems VAL need funds... at any cost!! The death-spiral route is not to be taken lightly. This is terrible for small PI's, but not so bad for the BOD/investor. They always win!! GLA.
