I recall our much respected poster Wonga stated at the start of the year if there was no news by 19th Jan it will be concerning, Are you still concerened ?

MSC - the admin delay for the signing off of the fuel agreement in now 3 weeks and increasing.Three weeks seems quite lengthy.

Morocco - hopefully the team go to Morocco andf do a presentation of all the trial data

to start the ball rolling regarding a contract

Utah - JM kept telling us once the permits were approved this would trigger funding and

the payment of $1m. Steve Byle played him so that no payment had to be made as the $2m

funding was well below the $15m required to trigger the payment. As the taptalk boys keep saying

Steve Byle is a shrewd businessman.

Other projects - not worth mentioning

Cashflow - As things stand the company goes bust in 10 weeks.

JM appears to have a template reply to recent emails raising concers. He didn't mention funding and we run out of money in just over 10 weeks.

Shipping update

Around half of the revenues in Q3 came from shipping clients. Today the Company has 11 shipping companies trialling the product with a combined fleet size of >800 vessels and a further 3 companies with another c.600 ships having agreed to paid trials. The pipeline is very strong with c.30 other shipping companies in discussion regarding trials, which we expect to convert in the coming quarters - combined their fleets are a further c.4,000 ships and includes many major companies.

They are certainly getting things in motion.

As JM replied to emails in the latter part of the week regarding the delay I very much doubt the announcement is imminent.

JM may mean taking advice from NOMAD on whether they need to let the market know. I can't think of any other reason.

Fake news good lord. I have only stated the position the company is in at the moment. A placing cannot be guaranteed to raise the cash we need.

My post never stated any collapse.It is simple business. You would not agree to a trial if you know that the compasny only has cash for a further 2 months.Hopefully the dynamics change soon so that cash is not an issue.
