MSC Leandra is now docked at Gioia Tauro in Italy.She is scheduled to leave on Saturday and arriving at Ixmir in Turkey on Monday. Still a guessing game where the dry docking will take place.

My view of the akward body language from JM is...I was dreading this question.

The key points for me are :

1. If the question was not asked they were not going to mention anything regarding funding.

2. Early Q1 is nearly over.

Usually at the AGM one of the slides is regarding the cash position.No such slide at that AGM.

As stated the MSC Leandra is heading to Italy and is due to dock this Friday at Gioia Tauro in Italy.

What you seem to be forgetting is time is of the essence. The company runs out of money in about 10 weeks so we can't just wait and wait!!! These deals will have a massive impact on funding.

So why did JM state at the AGM it would be announced in December ?

The question is why is it taking so long with the lawyers especially when they expected it to be completed in December. We are only a week away from February.

That is correct and that is what most of them are now doing.Having to sell then buy again.

But it has been allowed for many years until the last few weeks so something has changed for them to deem Quadrise shares as now a non qualifying securites.

The Canadian goverment department CRA (Canadian revenue agaency) which is their HMRC have recently deemed Quadrise shares as non qualifying securites. Anybody holding shares under a TFSA (Tax free savings account) has been forced to sell them. The deadline to sell the shares was this week.

46G big pressure on the BOD now and i am glad there is. They have had it too easy over the years missing project milesones by incompetence and then open offer after open offer for the same to happen further down the road. An open offer now is far too risky so they have to deliver..A placement is not even guaranteed. JM stated they have a plan if the Utah money did not come in but you have to ask yourself howe many of their plans have worked.

It's taking hell of a time to cross those T's and C's as we are now in the 4th working week since December.

SC please don't state lawyers will still be on their xmas break.
