46G that is exactly correct. They also stated if they did not receive the Valkor money they would have to raise funds early Q1. Early Q1 has gone do as the weeks go on this is now critical.

The Orns - I don't know how finance can already be sorted out as the only income expected was from Valkor and that has not materialised as far as we know. How do you think finance has been sorted out ?

I disagree Vince. Remember i think his name was Bob said at the AGM he often went to the office and spoke to Laurie. To show you are keen to know why there has been no news since the AGM should not cause a problem at all.If anything they should welcome views of shareholders and as they say they like to be transparent as they can.

AM did state with no Valkor money funds would be required early Q124. We are now in Mid Q124..Something bow has to give regarding news as you say 36G this month.

With January now over there are now just over 8 weeks left until the company runs out of funds as things stand. This leaves 2 more salary payments to staff until they become unemployed. This is becoming very concerning for the rational investor. Positive news is now required in the coming days and weeks.

Is funding still expected by Easter ?

I hope these lawyers have been given some guided deadline.It can't just go on and on and on unless there is an issue.
