These companies do like to be sneaky with rns wording, several times I have missed an important bit - because they stuff in some jargon in between in brackets, hence why I quoted it without the brackets.

Must be some psychology stuff in there that makes you ignore the bit after the brackets!!!

I doubt a ftse company would be doing a raise - if there was any alternative funding available.

It is expected that any equity raise would be at a very material discount to the current share price, require shareholder approval...... and be conditional on a de-listing of the Company

I do not see why 160% rise seems to be hard for people to be grasping, it only equates to a SP of approx 0.65 from the current level.

It is not that far fetched and is actually quite conservative 'if' everything does come good.

Or maybe it is just that anything even remotely positive is being pounced on recently by the doom mongers. I guess that maybe illiteracy and bad maths go hand in hand.

kod will still live on and then concentrate on their gold fields with the cash IMHO

They have 117 million dai so its not an issue

Well the bad news has been out for a while and taken into account in the SP

uncertainty whilst investigations going on - market does not like uncertainty

but now its concluded and add in 'strong' financial results ( not to mention the high and increasing gold price ) and I suspect it could well slowly recover from here, if you like a long slow boring play

not a fast get rich quick share but sometimes its nice to have some less risky stable punts to balance out your portfolio

this could well be the turnaround needed now from these lows - for those who like a 'slower' ftse

potential here for 20%-30% to get back to last year figures and collect divis along the way???

Think so kev, just the usual aim sell on news shenanigans regardless if it is good news or not

I have just bought back in with my other half now, so a nice trade to effectively get 20% more shares at no extra cost

and if it does drop lower I'll top up with some averaging down funds

good I sold half recently in case of this type of drop. Will be buying back in when it settles, hope I time that right too!

anything 1p or lower is ok for me, watching it carefully in case it does go all the way back to 0.6-0.8 region

some slippage in timeframes as you can expect with pretty much anything

but still awaiting on updates for the transporting deals of the black mass, the full production ramp up at lithium recycling factory and of course the reverse takeover of recyclus

...i.e. it could be a very strong Q2 if you can buy in on the dip low point

Suspect volatility today, rise again on thurs with the presentation going into the long weekend

then drift down from next week till the next news cycle
