Always a bit volatile on day of announcement, and difficult to buy and time the bottom - however if the 3 day rule affect happens kev, it could be a bit cheaper next couple of days, see where it settles

the safer play of course it to wait till after it starts rising again see at least 2 days of rises and buy ( and sell ) during that uptrend

if it dips to 16p - that will be a 25% profit at 20p

if you have only been invested for 2 month and moving your portfolio to less risk - then you should just be selling, take the money and run.

That is the risk free play for you. Hanging on in the hope the deal goes through is crazy as it could just fail and fall all the way back down.

It just does not add up.

LTH your best bet is to vote no as you have agreed yourself it is an awful deal, we either get a better offer - or it falls back and are in same boat as we were before ( with likely raise over next 12 month anyway ) - there is NO downside to voting no

if your short term 'reduced risk' you take the money now and sell up as you are in 25%+ profit

the third option of holding and wanting this rubbish deal to go through just for a few extra % does not make any sense - I smell BS

if not it will be in October when parliament comes back fully

- so I may have been a little early there. But as I was already invested, I took the opportunity to average down. If not already invested I would just have kept eye on it for now.

And yes I too am really hoping MATD takes off first so I can put more of that profit into ALL. I believe production is not till 2026 for ALL so I am hoping for several opportunities of rises and falls to build up some free shares for the future
