scams come in many forms

Italian. I am far from an expert in anything. Just feel AM is out to rip us all off, nothing is coming out which to me means there up to something that won't benefit us. I was drawn in by AM and he's not done anything, except turn a VR company into a music streaming company and destroyed the SP from 18p to less than 1p.

What I cannot understand is that there are some big players like JG who has already lost millions. Surely they are in a position to oust AM, unless there all in on the big plan.

MrH IMO, they will be not getting back in, I am down £23k. AM and the BOD are trying to collapse the company so they can buy it for peanuts and get rid of all the shareholders. There silence proves everything; when a company has a new product coming out it markets its release months in advance. Not only that it still promotes is products and services. AM has failed to do any of this. I don't think they will release a new app and if they do it will be too later. This has been a scam from the start.

The BOD are incompetent; directors have a responsibility to promote the success of the company and act in the company’s best interests, this is not happening. Has I have said before IMO this is the tactic they are playing to do a share buy back or a cheap sell to another company they own, its been a scam from the start.

We really need somebody who can, to call the meeting to remove AM and the BOD. We are in this position because they have failed the company and shareholders. Would love 3 minutes in a ring with AM to wipe that smug smile of his face, IMO he is a conman.

katstrangler: AM has watched "Field of Dreams" too many times, he thinks if you build it they will come. They don't know how to market a product never mind promoting one. I expect they will release the app and leave it at that. So don't expect any movement in the shares going up. The BOD and CEO need to be replaced by proven leaders otherwise we will see a SP lower than 0.5p. By the way I bought into a VR company not a music streaming company, I feel cheated

Rumfuddle I have said a 1p all alone and I believe it will get to 0.6 with the fools that are running this company. It's a ploy to buy back shares and rip off long term holders. If I go down then the sound engineer will follow. No news mean they want it this way otherwise we would get lots of reassurances. They are out of their depth, clueless tools

I wish it was me, stuck on just under 3.7 on remaining cash to average down. Life is so depressing when you feel scammed

ORLM, I think they will stay at the base camp and will never reach the summit. I don't believe AM or SH have the skillset to take the team up the right path to reach the top. Everything they have done so far has only caused avalanches in the share price and its use shareholders that are paying the price. IMO they are a waste of recourses and should be ousted.

I wouldn't surprise me that the so called killer app won't be excepted by the major shareholders, hence why we haven't seen any pre information/demo's, we just get it's coming soon. IMO there is something shifty going on where us shareholders who are over 70% down will lose event more. In the future people will refer this to the Action-Man-Scheme.

I see it going close to 1p by end of play tomorrow. RNS nothing has nothing substantial and we are still waiting for an app to be actually delivered. Neytiri said in Avatar, Wakey Wakey, and some people on this site are sleep walking telling everyone its going to be alright. When will it stop been alright when the SP is at 0. WAKE UP!

One investor didn't like the RNS and panicked and sold there 71 shares. Just hope this pound sale does force the SP to drop 15%. :-)

US listing definitely means consolidation at the current SP I would guess at 100 old shares to 1 new share. So won't be getting rich then. So far down over 18k, just hope AM doesn't go and do a reverse takeover of Eddie Stobart .

If the APP fails to be successful then what. In my option and everyone can have one, I seriously believe N&G will make a bit to take over the company. If this happens AM is out; and so he should, he is clueless constantly changing the direction of the company. I bought into the VR dream not a streaming company. When has AM ever delivered anything, without it costing shareholder.
