2. Promote the success of the company - This is a total failing, lots of promise, not action no delivery only lies.
3. Exercise independent judgment - Only AM's judgment
4. Exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence - Not at all
5. Avoid conflicts of interest (a conflict situation) - Not sure they have
6. Not accept benefits from third parties - I don't know, AM is a con man so anything possible
7. Declare interests in proposed or existing transactions or arrangements with the company - same as above

This has always been a cleaver scheme to draw in investors with promises but has never delivered.

As I have said previously I believe this is a scam to sell the company and dump the shareholders. IMO inside trading is going on

It's all about getting rid of the current investors. make the company worthless then it can be taken over by a new company that AM and its bods own. I believe the directors are blatantly causing this company to fail so it can be sold cheap

Don't bury your head in the sand. AM has drawn us all in with fake news nothing has ever materialized (coming soon, still waiting 3 years on). during Covid the so called theater recordings AM claimed to have should have be released, people would have bought them. But that did not happened purely because there are no recordings, non at all. Like there are no more VR recordings than the ones already listed on the MelodyVR site. All claims by AM are fake, he needs to go. For some reason this company is afraid of marketing, probably because there is nothing to market it all fake.
