Ojay and what basis is it a given? If it was a given then surely the current SP would have factored this in by now. Truth is none of us know if or when the green light will be given. Time is fast running out and a fund raise will be on the cards before long. Without a licence in place could prove costly for us all. Potential cabinet resignations in Mongolian Government could increase deals further.
