Couldn't agree more Master 82. Seems to me that MB is in his comfort zone when it comes to exploration and hence his enthusiasm for future exploration over production.
One thing at a time MB. He can't just sit around in the hope that a time slot can be found for contractors to complete necessaries for exploitation. He should be knocking on other doors for a quicker turnaround. If that is at a higher price so be it. When things are out of his control which they are at present then more needs to be done to find a quicker solution.

We waited 18monthe for exploitation licence which was out of our control. We are in danger of history repeating itself . More pro activity and urgency Mr Buck

Well I see Open Orpha shares up 16% today . They appeared on the joint webinar last night . Both bosses appeared and have to say lot more inspiring than our creaky leader.
Now 3months since the December and no nearer to securing a rig crew. Like others have alluded to where was his plan b c d or e for this eventuality . You need contingency up your sleeve. MB not up for the job freshen it up with someone hungry for the job in hand.

It sounds like Petrochina have a lot of work to catch up on and with deeper pockets and more contractual work on their books we look likely to be down the priority list.

If I was Mike Buck I would be pulling out all the stops to get moving with DQE but even that came across cautious.
Yet again MB has failed to impress the markets.
