Yeah I saw that, a couple of 1.5m sells in the day, that does look a bit fishy to me too.

There will be a long line of green funds looking to invest in this, the business is set up with a battery factory and expert staff, it just needs a cash injection.

The share for £400k only placed in 4th December, and if they had been selling it would have been noticed and flagged.

Obviously there is some mystery around pinnacle, however to spend £400k for nothing seems bizzare.

So pinnacle spent £400k to delay the review and refuse the credit facility loan.

Any smart brains on here with experience have any ideas as to what's happening?

What could happen:

A) Pinnacle will finish due diligence and put money on table, and everything back to normal.

B) arena with their loans could force a company sell off, which reopens the book to third parties outside of pinnacle

C) UK gov could provide a big bail out grant

D) third parties could be in the wings and other a counter offer to pinnacle

Whats happened is a shock and a shame, however the game is still in play

The outcome will be a total bug out by AMTE, expect current holders will get a 2p pay off
