And yes, rerate coming, clearly all the sell are being eaten up in the background for a large buy fill order

Considering the scale of the sell off this morning and in relative terms the share price only slightly dipped, it would appear that someone in the background is eating up all the available shares.

Expect a good rerate soon.

So would make perfect sense now to acquire Frontier Dev to have an in-house game company to build new games and digital assets for the new show and dedicated GM IP

As such, we could be looking at a takeover very soon.

I imagine it will be in the £70m region, with clauses to keep senior staff locked in for years.

Realms of Ruin has £1.6m and looks like an uptick is starting to happen with the Xmas sale.

Given the locality of Frontier Dev to Games Workshop, I could see a big partnership potential, and that potentially it would benefit games workshop longer term to look at an acquisition to have their own in house computer game company to maximise cross sales and market.

MEA oil is done, and we are in the roll up game now, the oil providers in the USA are just ringfencing available product.

Chevron bought a fellow USA provider with Hess.

Exxon bought a fellow USA provider with Pioneer.

The deals are easy to push throw as all USA based parties, and this further strengthens the USA move away from MEA.

I would expect the fund raise to be more at the 3 level, as the company has cash in the bank, and this new fund raise is to leverage more resources for more sites and equipment, so less a dilution, and more about ramping up production.

as such, this is great new for current stock holders as the company are fast tracking their revenue and growth options.

Going to buy as much as possible of this share, even with the new placing in reality the available free float is still 166m.

Vote is on the 18th Dec, and expect that at the start of January they will announce new contracts and clients.

Considering the length of time the Pinnacle deal supports, and that major share holders will want to know what the heck is happening, we can expect an RNS on new contracts and investment fast.
