Based on the new volume of shares without warrants to enter the main market we are looking at 12.5p a share.

i expect that the warrants wont be used until production gets moving and there is revenue generation and dividends.

realistically I would expect the price to move up above 10p fast, as the drive to get sodium batteries to market is quick and happening now

Apparently when they realized how hot this share was going to be, they had to stop the LSE

Maybe LSE been hacked just like what happened to that nuke plant in the north

It means a big increase in the MCAP to be listed on the main market. Therefore, it means that shareholders will get a much higher price per share than what is now.

So what we can expect is that pinnacle and AMTE have lots of investment and clients lined up to generate lots of revenue which means that their MCAP will be a lot higher.

Considering this deal has been 6 months in the making for Pinnacle, and factoring in the fast pace at which battery technology is being rolled out to manufacturing, Pinnacle will have lots of contracts and partnership's already lined up for AMTE to work with.

As such, between now and next year we will see, lots of great news!

So I assume with the warrants they can sell them to themselves or PIF for cash to put back into AMTE to fund projects?

So the 880m warrants are basically a blank cheque book to the Saudi PIF

Would you take 20p or 50p by end of next year?

All shares holders need to vote that this is clearly a takeover, and not waive rule 9.

If pinnacle wants AMTE good for them, they need to put an offer on the table of north of 20p a share

Saudi always use proxy and shell companies.

The cats out the bag now, and this is clearly a takeover.

As such, Pinnacle needs to make an official takeover offer, starting price 20p a share.

The Saudi need to pay for AMTE takeover, about 20p a share as a starting offer is about right

Yep, looks like all share holders need to push that this is clearly a takeover and we need paying off for our shares rather than a dilution
