As I said, the context of what I wrote was in taking the gas from site to a processing facility and the fact as an inert gas stream it could be the modern very high grade industrial plastic pipes, it did not need to be a steel constructed pipe like the one at ED for our gas that can go boom.

It was you that tried to suggest we go to Screwfix to get the pipe, as usual trying to make a mockery of the quote from the second it was made and taken completely out of context.

By "all we need is a plastic pipe", is a quote from an overall post in the context of moving it from one place to another, i.e the site to the processing facility, only a complete cretin would assume that venting out the other end of the pipe would make us money.

The original post was about selling the N2 then all we would need is a plasic pipe to move it / shift it, not loads of additional infrastructure / expensive metal pipes.

OSG1 - The fact is the value of the Helium trapped in the ground in Montana is rising.

It was around $100 MCF at the time of the CPR.

Eagle was found and has had mixed results, however combined with the muddy formation it would still produce additional gas and make any gasses obtained from Muddy and Eagle combined more economic.

What stands in the way of a large scale commercial development?

1) Lack of considerable $ to take this further ourselves.
2) The reason for 1 being that we need to drill de-watering wells and then get rid of hundreds of millions of bbl of water.

Once you have got rid of the water, you’d still need pipelines to take away the gas to wherever the nearest gas and helium processing facility are.

So post de-watering there would still be a lot of work involved. We can see how long it’s taking to get N2 away from the Kansas resource, although that’s a more specific market.

As has been released, the development and proximity of the Powder River Basin shale boom has created a water shortage there which will continue for some time. Operators want to develop there and are struggling with water provisioning.

There are large funds investing in water infrastructure in the area. It will be a multi billion dollar industry.

Now. We have water, we don’t want, they need water we have.

But with all things any development of this magnitude takes time.

Each dewatering well would cost $, piping the water away would cost money, and not sure on distances involved, but arguably could be more efficive than trucking as trucking ideally you’d only want on shorter distances.

In short. Don’t expect a fully developed play for some time, but the water aspect could be very interesting and news on that come at anytime.

You claim that the 6 new wells aren’t as good as WH or Powell.

Based on figures which we all know are due to a restrictive choke setting that is applied.

Therefore there is no like for like comparison.

You rubbish the fact that restricting the flow seems to have any long term benefit whatsoever, could be a decision by the technical management team (basically True Oil and Haliburtons representative as well as our own) as a benefit.

If the new wells aren’t as good as WH or Powell you are suggesting that a tiny team of people brought together by Robert managed to make the technical decisions and deliver 2 wells in the top 3% of the Niobrara, and then on the same plot, given 6 new wells to drill, a technical team making the decisions from True Oil and Halliburton’s and based on ConocoPhillips previous experiences can’t reproduce or better the wells that Highlands drilled?

Perhaps they bought in the placing and realised that with people like you and multiple ID's/Accounts on LSE there were already more than 1 account per investor already catered for here on average, and didn't want to engage with morons like you?

Helios is mostly parked at the moment as per RNS.

1) continuing to gather data from the well that was water frak treated.
2) talking to powder river basin operators about the possibility of providing water from future dewatering operations to the basin, which would obviously dramatically improve the viability of commercializing the play, *if* that part could be subsidized / cost neutral or even revenue generating by itself.

I would expect things to be quiet unless activities kick off with dewatering as per item 2.

OSG1. Not going to forecast any numbers, the company have already put out there suggested wholesale pricing alongside the boosted numbers that retail sales and products other than pure CBD oil could obtain.

I’m just saying that the business plan makes sense and is being executed in the right manner.

Many who will post here would have thought planting would be delayed, harvest would no doubt be delayed, and product launches would be delayed, this is a slap in the face to them to wake up and realize that this operation is in an established facility, with experienced staff and they are already making sensible business decisions.

This is clear proof that they have a plan and have executed it well.

It’s obvious *if* the products aside from wholesale CBD take off the upside on that $3 per g for CBD is very large indeed.

Missing on key ingredient.

The $3 being CBD oil.

While targeting outdoor plants to make oil, as in the whole plant, the indoor plant will produce CBD oil and flower for the smokeables and any other product that contains the flower as it is.

The big benefit of this operation is previously they harvested flower for smokes then destroyed the plant mass.

Now you get ~30% more flower and more plant mass.

You are no longer disposing of the plant mass, you are turning it into CBD and CBD based products.

You still have the flower (and ~30% more of it) to turn into smokes which you can now sell into a much wider and less regulated market.

We had to buy clones to grow our own, so they have also sourced some fully grown plants with that.

So they have tested those plants and decided which to go with. Then bought clones to grow our own.

Rather than have staff who sit about doing nothing waiting for product to roll or operate CBD processing equipment, they are already capable of making products to sell, ensuring when our 1st crop is harvested they are quite literally “ready to roll” :)

Ticks every box. Production / manufacturing / sales / marketing / training / brand establishing etc. etc.

On one hand people asking why have they “given up D8” on the other people asking why do they have shares?

In 2020 they will have the indoor grow at ~40,000 and the outdoor grow hopefully up at 250,000 or a long way towards
it.

If they want to sell the shares then, it’s fine by me, but it’s highly doubtful they would if Zoetic is a $25m+ generating business with a growing retail arm.

If they don’t deliver the shares won’t be worth much, hence the incentive.

Again that’s the dangly carrot to ensure hit the numbers, the better they do, the more HNR will be worth?

We have got a great facility and expansion capability outdoors and an instant team of incentived workers, they don’t come for free and bring that wealth of growing experience with them.

As a brand. Zoetic is a start up. As a grower of plants we are not “new” we have experienced people on board day 1 in the same building they grew before.

It comes with a cost, but it will be capable of delivering revenues and profit this’s year.

That’s why the deal looks to those that don’t understand the above a bad one.

As said before. Zoetic is to be a brand for its products. To do that you need to “get out there” so there will no doubt be a lot more news / media and updates than we have been used to with HNR.

* Hemp plant mass increased by ~30% by using gas
* Indoor Hemp *plant mass* can be turned into CBD 12g per *plant*
* Indoor Hemp plant also produces Xg of flower for now widely sellable flower and smokes and ~30% more

Last time tried private equity wanted too much in return.

Still think aspects of the raise could have been better. Not going to defend the 8.5p, already said that, but I know how fast things are moving in the site to get it ready. Speed was critical if wanted 2 indoor and one outdoor harvest this year.

We need this revenue stream to come online, and be profitable by end of year (just on wholesale of CBD oil can be)
And we have the flower from indoors for that higher pricing to sell, as flower and smokes (if takes off) if the smokes don’t take off, then the flower for more CBD oil..

Trial finished, data was known, results as above eye opened possibility, moved on it.

That’s my take. Shoot it down if want, but it’s what I believe.
