Nanogenics Update

The last update was sometime ago.

I also notice at companies house filing that one of the directors had his employment terminated in July 2024.

This was the last update. I get that were concentrating on Nuvec but why buy a company, fire the director and just let it drift. They brought these time lines to the market and nothing has been seen through. Very annoying and seems a waste of our money.

N4 Pharma Plc (AIM: N4P), the specialist pharmaceutical company developing Nuvec®, a novel delivery system for cancer treatments, gene therapy and vaccines, is pleased to provide an update on its subsidiary, Nanogenics Limited ("Nanogenics").

Nanogenics has now submitted an application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") to obtain orphan drug designation for its product ECP105, for the prevention of scarring following glaucoma surgery. Obtaining orphan drug status in the USA is expected to bring substantial cost and time savings on the development work and once approved, seven years of exclusivity. A decision is expected by the FDA three months from the date of application.

Alongside this, Nanogenics has also filed a patent application in the UK for novel siRNA sequences that can be used as part of the ECP105 development

I just don't see they need it at the moment. Also the new directors and investors will be looking at over ideas.

The CEO has been lazy and very naive in the past with his ridiculous placements at all the wrong times.

Yes the last one was large and the new people seem to be in the for the big payout. They also have attractive options which will raise more money for the company down the line.

They have a lot of people working for the company who don't take a salary so it's in their interests to get the price higher.

I would expect the share price to be well north of its current level before we have a fund raise. If any. Big company might come in an buy us up or take a big holding.

That's just my take.

One would hope with the new directors and investors this will start to move very quickly. Nigel needs to move to one side and let these guys do their jobs. He comes across as very intelligent but not investable.

Its all very positive. All these new consultants directors etc. But as usual he keeps going on about share holder value and is selective on the questions answered. If you were a new investor it might make you a lot of money. The LTH is on a big loss.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent investor placements and the ongoing communication from our CEO.

My hope is that the new investors have been provided with more comprehensive information than what has been made available to existing shareholders. Unfortunately, every placement thus far has been disappointing, and I find the recurring focus on "shareholder value" from Nigel to be particularly frustrating given the circumstances.

I believe it's imperative that the new investors and directors either replace Nigel or direct him to cease making what I consider to be unhelpful remarks. The recurring Q\&A sessions, to be frank, have become a waste of time as they consistently offer the same outdated information. It feels as though we are repeatedly subjected to the same uninspiring rhetoric.

Frankly, I no longer have faith in the CEO's statements. I am particularly concerned about the lack of information regarding the "mystery partners" he has alluded to for several years now without providing any names. It would be beneficial if he were to revisit some of the past statements he has made to investors

Yes the more you look at this company you get the feeling they have already sorted out an exit plan.

Have no doubt it will bought out for a not a lot of money in the near future and we the long term share holder will get shafted.
