Well - with a nebuliser the patient just breathes in, whereas with most inhalers they have to time their breath with the puff, unless using a spacer. However, as far as I understand, use of nebulisers at home may require the patient to load each dose into the device, and clean/disinfect it

Thanks Indy, made me think. From my perspective, it's less about defence of China's crimes against humanity and more about rejecting Trumpian demagoguery.
