i think a lot of older folks on twitter have had their buttons pushed. like ms rowling. are you really sure that only women are purebloods, ms rowling? forgive my ignorance, but i thought the dementors were a weak allegory for nazis, rather than their victims.

just a reminder that despite considerable stranger danger online, the majority of child sexual abuse is committed by young white guys.
beyond that, largely within families and by trusted groups. your kid is very much more likely to be abused by that nice religious authority figure than by some satanist weirdo.

i spent part of last week identifying as calcium. i am actually about 2% calcium - so are you.
so i suggest this actually makes quite a lot more sense than whatever abstract bull**** is fashionable right now.
i note that the chief of the police watchdog here was arrested for child rape.
while this is shocking and upsetting, it reassures me greatly that this country still values the rule of law, and that no-one is ever above it.
